The BadVR app SeeSignal was launched in the Quest store a few weeks back. I finally got around to loading it up to see how well it worked in my home environment using my Meta Quest Pro and a low-powered 2.4GHz AP.
It looks like it takes signal readings from the AP to the headset and maps them to Sphere’s located in the virtual space and then displays them using an augmented overlay. Not sure about the accuracy of it, so it will definitely require some further testing!
Either way, it’s a step in the right direction for being able to visualize RF!
