I'm actually gonna spoil the ending: Wade comes to space colony ark to save everyone, harnesses the power of the 7 chaos emeralds and becomes Super Wade while Shadow becomes Super Shadow and they have a climatic battle in space. Wade defeats Shadow and chaos controls the space colony ark back to it's original place but at the cost of his own life. Everyone, especially Knuckles, mourns his death. Sonic, Tails and Knuckles decide that their work on earth and decide to go back to Mobius. They say goodbye the Tom and Maddie and leave. Robotnik has thoughts about his grandfather and wonders if Gerald actually meant to destroy them. Agent Stone comforts him and Robotnik decides to quit being a villain and help the world instead. Back on Mobius, Sonic, Tails and Knuckles go to where Sonic and Longclaw used to live and Sonic properly mourns Longclaws death, indicating how much he's grown since then. They then go and have a run around Green Hill. Post credit scene. In Green Hill, a ring portal opens up and a white hedgehog appears through it and he said "I must find them. The fate of the future is at stake."The hedgehog then takes off, levitating through the sky in search of the heroes.
