@@calebbutler569 It will be shutdown in November, I love Malibu but it's tooooo old in my country, SGM can update interior but they can't be bothered, it's looks like a 90s car.

The 2025 Malibu is Fantastic classy vehicle!!

My 2016 hybrid runs nice with 180,000 miles on it and with parts being changed here and there it still is smooth and a really nice ride through highways for hours.

It’ll also mark the end of an era because it’s the last American sedan to be FWD. Many such cars entered production in the 1980s and survived until the late 2010s when the options were reduced to literally only this model. Because many foreign brands offer a large selection of cheap sedans and many Americans prefer SUVs over sedans, the odds of any American brand ever investing in a new sedan ever again are slim to none, except for the 4-door sedan variant of the Ford Mustang which will almost certainly be RWD-only. This means the window to get a brand new American FWD sedan in America will soon be closed forever.

@@anonymous3738 Well said I own a 2022. This last generation Malibu is historic.The last mid-size combustion engine family sedan to be built by GM.The Ct4 & Ct5 fall into luxury car category. The Malibu is affordable transportation that has aesthetic vaule to it and is pretty traditional in it's layout.

@@robertriley1569 Also, in the end, I said “in America”. The reason is because there are some other American FWD sedans currently in production such as the Ford Taurus, Lincoln Z or Buick Regal. However, those don’t count because they’re not available in the American market and probably never will due to insufficient demand. They’re all sold in China because sedans are still popular there, just like how station wagons are still popular in Europe. The only upcoming American sedan in America with a gas engine that I’ve ever heard of is the RWD Ford Mustang Mach-4 to fill the still-popular-in-America Dodge Charger’s void since Dodge doesn’t listen anymore.

I have a 19 and was thinking this 25 looks identical to mine. Except I have a 2.0 turbo.
