Check out the newly restyled 2022 Chevrolet Silverado TrailBoss LT with its all new interior and in the Sand Dune Metallic colour! Check out more trucks like this at www.prousechevrolet.com
I had an 2018 silverado redline addition 6.2 L Just got my 2022 GMC AT4 6.2L WOW the improvements in ride, cab quietness, and everything about the truck exceeded my expectations. love my new truck Way to go GMC!!!!
I have this exact color combo with the 6.2L engine. Absolutely love it. Added a Borla ATAK exhaust and a K&N CAI. Awesome. The interior is amazing. Better than my Audi.
I received my 2022 refresh LT Trail Boss about a month ago in Sand Dune with the Duramax. Ive put about 1100 miles on it so far. A pleasure to drive and the economy has been about 22mpg. The multiflex is one thing the people comment on the most. Thanks for the heads up on the lighting. I didn’t know how to operate it until you pointed it out. There are a lot of features to figure out on my truck and it is fully loaded with everything except for the sunroof. I am sure i’ll figure out everything over time.
@@Jerry-ut2em Stopped at a dealership to order one in March. Was told they had to wait to be allocated one to order but i was first on their list for an LT Trailboss. Finally on June 2nd was told that they received the ok from GM to order any pre sold vehicles. Stopped in dealership on June 27th to see if they had a build date or vin on it yet and was told they have no update. I asked if its possible it will be held over to a 2023 model since Indiana is supposedly starting builds of the 2023's in mid August and was told at this point, its anybodys guess. As of today, July 6th, still havent heard anything.
Can't wait for my Red Hot 6.2L TB to come in! It's built, just waiting for delivery now to CA. is all. Got it loaded 99% (only missing Adaptive Cruise and Bed Camera). Can't Wait!!!
I wish the Dark Essentials package would include the Z71 emblems .. I changed mine to the Black/Red Z71 emblems. Jellyfish launcher 🤣🤣🤣. On my 06 and prior trucks that cab light only worked sometimes.
Dude, your channel should blow up. I personally think you’re better than TFL or Truck King for truck reviews, and I love both of those channels. Cheers man from Ontario
@@GeneralMotorsJeff Yah I actually thought after I made that comment your channel is quite a different than those guys. But I've been in the market for a few months now for a 2022 refresh GM truck, and always find myself watching your channel and other youtubers....nobody does a truck overview on youtube like you do! You actually KNOW the trucks and it shows! Best of luck in the future on your own man!
You know I have to admit, when the gm Authority first released the photos of the Front-End refreshed Trail Boss I wasn't too impressed, this video changes things and it actually looks good.
I bought a brand new GMC Sierra 2 months ago and the dealership keeps changing the delivery date. They told me it was in Ventura, CA which is an hour away from the dealership. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?
I like it. The digital gauges are so much better than the F-150. Plus, layout options! Still getting used to the placement of the bowtie on the grille, though.
I really want this truck and trim. I am stuck on which colors. I lean toward the new Glacier Blue but is it too loud? Similar to this videos color. The other color I am leaning toward, though hard to find without a custom order, is the Dark Blue.
Dark sky I’ve only seen one in my travels so far.. You are right it’s a harder find.. And yes the blue is LOUD.. may become sick of it after some time 🤷🏼♂️
Im planning on trading In my 18 tacoma for this but I would like to know if it has something call birds eye view or the camera turns on at low speed when you are appoaching a stop sign or in traffic etc. My 22 tundra has it but i tried looking it up and it doesnt seem to have any article or information on that topic.
I waited 3 months to get my refreshed Trailboss, with the 6.2. Drove it for about two months, now sitting in the shop to get the valve body controller in the transmission replaced.. 😞.. been in the shop for 2 weeks now. Can’t wait to get it back and enjoy driving it again..
@@jaydoublebusy I waited 2 weeks for the part to come in, dropped the truck off, and 2 days later got the call that the part was in and now it won’t go into gear after replacing it. So they had to order another part, and that was now, as of today, a week ago.. So hopefully will get some good news soon.. Bot sure what I’ll do if they call and tell me that it’s still broke.. Sell it back to the dealership and find something else? 🤷♂️
A suspension lift is vastly superior than blocks for off-roading. Kudos to any truck maker that understands that. I have said this before, but, no off-road branded truck should ever come with 20" wheels stock, you NEED MORE TIRE WALL and less wheel rim when off-roading. Too many wanna look the part aftermarket places continue to push 20+ inch wheels with low profile mud tires, which defeats the purpose of mud tires...SMH It's not about hate, it's about perspective and making a distinction about what truly is an off-road set-up versus playing dress up.
I have to say i was really looking forward to trading in my 2020 custom trail boss and upgrading to one of those....until i saw this video. The bench seat isnt available with the 5.3? Damn. Is that only with the Trail Boss or does that apply to the LT trim on every model?
Wish the Train Boss LT came with ventilated seats, heads up display and rear view camera mirror. Those are available on the LTZ & High Country, but those trims don't have the lift or the look of the Trail Boss. Sigh......
Hey Jeff, If that engine was the 3.0L diesel, ask someone in the service department the cost to replace the oil pump drive belt. Required (per GM) to replace every 150,000 miles. The transmission has to be dropped to access the belt. Let us know. Many may be trying to decide on a diesel or 6.2L gasser.
@@raddadization HHHmmmm, I believe they are still manufacturing the 3.0L diesel. (Jeff, tell me if I am incorrect). Also, many of us keep trucks long term and "we care" about longevity.
ah the ever elusive LT Trail Boss refresh, same as the elusive ZR2 only seen on RU-vid but not at our dealers LOL. only 1 LT TB and ZR2 have been seen in all of New Brunswick PERIOD. many custom TB but no LTs
I like the old interior better. The old analog gauges are much easier to see in my opinion. I liked the placement of the light and 4x4 controls as well. And I could care less about a bigger screen. I just traded up for the improved diesel as I was having trouble with the old version. So
@@ralphcatalano8288 Already got dual 4" black tips for my 21 TB and they look and sound much better than the stock faux tips. GM should at least offer em.
