I remember being in the 5th grade going to school the day after my dad bought me black ops and was raving about this really small map called“nuke town”. Simple times man 🤙🏼

Kinda off topic but I work in catering and today I worked at the San Diego Air and space museum. I served 150 of the Quiet Birdmen from the San Diego hangar tonight. These dudes were almost all pilots that flew in the WW2, Korea, Vietnam and the Middle East wars. The stories I heard by these pilots will never match the campaign of any video game. As I was busing tables, I just stood there listening to a one pilot that flew in Vietnam. As he got my attention, he looked right at me as if he was just telling his story to me. He was the co pilot in this story. One evening around 5:30, they were doing a bombing campaign while being shot at with anti aircraft weapons. On the last run, they were shot at pretty seriously. They avoided being shot down so they did an evading maneuver which was around 9gs. Once they evaded the area. It was 6pm at this time and The man made a joke to his pilot and grabbed his shoulder. After no response, he pulled his hand back and saw it was covered in blood. He leaned over and confirmed he was dead while leaning on the controls. So he had to emergency eject both of them out before they would crash. They were deep in enemy territory when they ejected, so he knew he was about to be a POW. His radio was lost in the ejection, so he couldn’t call for help. He was captured and was telling the Vietcong that he needed medical attention. They didn’t give him any and were beating him until 4am. The next day, his rescue team had liberated him from the area and got the medical attention he needed. That’s all I was able to hear before going back to work. Just wanted to share this to whoever reads this

Nuketown is so iconic even my wife has gotten a few kills on it. My wife is not a gamer or interested in video games by any means.

I was so disappointed that Cold War didn't bring back Berlin Wall from BO1 but to be totally honest I'd be happy with any map from BO1 coming back that hasn't seen a remaster ever or a map from that game that rarely gets remade. Nuketown becomes less exciting to see return when literally every Treyarch game brings it back similarly to how practically every IW game brings back Shipment and Rust.

I just hope some of the maps they bring in the seasons are more of the BO2 maps. I think an Iraq themed standoff map or a Yemen would fit nice. Plus carrier, I miss that one.

Okay I think we can all agree that we are at a point where they shouldn’t have to remove game content anymore for their next titles. I swear I hated that so much. If they even remove anything like tactical aim I will still be pissed. Idc if tactical aim isn’t every body’s thing, keep it in the game. It allows more freedom for gun inspecting too. Keep the useless features as well. Rockstar always does this and that’s why they are on top. They don’t remove any features as small as they can be (correct me if I’m wrong)

Really hope they release a new zombie map every season. Not the biggest fan of outbreak. I enjoy the theme and setting to every zombie map. Infinite warfare was the last cod with a robust zombie mode, with a variety of levels each having their own theme, setting and soundtrack to fit the era. Really hope they give the zombie mode the same treatment

SBMM is the thing that needs addressed, not maps, movement etc. If SBMM is the same as recent titles, this game will be a big fail to it's players.

I do wish they would stop with doors. Bring back classic maps. Nobody is asking for 20 plus doors a map. Cod was great before doing it and should go back to the roots that made cod so good.

Why does blood explode out of the body when shot? That’s very unrealistic,unless you shoot someone in the head with a shotgun 5 feet away, you would never see blood come out of a body like that when being shot. We are on black ops 6! It is 2024 , and they still can’t make a realistic game? I honestly think zombies has being keep this game alive sense bo2
