That H is tied to the city. It goes way back. So if you're not from Houston, you wouldn't understand. And that blue color goes back to 1836. This jersey is for Houston.

The pants need that H-Town blue stripe w/red and white popping hard of the side of the pants. H-Town blue under shirts and tights will seal the deal. You gotta know how to coordinate.🤘💪

I liked there old ones to be real? Might as well change team name to H Town. I like the details but feel they could upgraded what they had. The all Reds alternate look tight though with candy paint helmet. Looks XFL. I prefer the classics.

Cal McNair said it is the same color as the New York Yankees. I don't know why we used the Yankees as inspiration but whatever. They went on a whole kick about localizing the uniforms and they use the New York Yankees color. Why not the Rice Owls?

@nickgoesvestmode i think he was giving the people a description of how the color looked.... I doubt he used the Yankees as inspiration. Plus, that blue was the original blue the Texans used at the beginning. When Nike took over, they lightened the blue. They did say that on radio 610's podcast.

that shade of blue does not belong to the titans. they don't own colors. they own the oilers logo and name rights and that's all. we as Houstonians have the right to support our cities culture

Im not sure how old you are, but when i was a kid growing up in Houston, that blue meant everything to that city, and to be able to see it again on the Texans is amazing.

@@tonymedina922 I’m glad I’m not the only one. At this point I feel like Texans fans are becoming delusional like Cowgirl fans. They already screaming Super Bowl and season hasn’t even started yet. So at this point anything Texans do, nothing is wrong. These new jerseys are a disservice, they could have done A-LOT better on them.
