If the leather quality is stiffer than its a go for me. I dont like breaking my shoes in. I like that stiff, fresh out the box feel. Less wrinkles and a cleanner look/feel for longer. I will be getting these for sure
I feel like the reimagined bred 4s were way more sought after just for the fact that it’s an iconic OG and all black leather upper which is easy to clean and maintain. The military blue 4s will still do its thing, but I think it’s gonna be easier to get than the breds.
I was a young 6th grader in 89...A lot of people don't know, the Fire Reds the Military Blue as well as the 5 Grape and both Fire Reds where like a white nubuck...btw these dropped in Feb 90 originally if I'm not mistaken, the 5 a few months later...got my bred joints, so I'm good, waiting on the OG Powder Blue 9...

Def need a double up on these as well. For me by far the Js i am most excited about this year. Clean , closer to OG than ever , on the updated shape / cut with some improved comfort and of course that "Nike Air" branding. Ntm the last few MB4 retros weren't great and me personally i only ever had was it the '06 retro of MB4s. So these are an absolute must cop for me. The leather quality potentially slightly disappointing , even from the vid to the eye doesn't look overly premium. Though i suspect might be some variation from pair to pair as is usually the case with higher stock production runs. Might be some pairs that get the smoother leather vs others that get the more plush and tumbled leather. But tbd on that.
Yeah I need a double up. That Nike Air sells it for me. And looks like the SB and reimagined shape which makes them so much more comfortable. Didn’t have the 2012 pair but had the 06.

They're definitely a collectors shoe 35 years waiting. But these don't pop like the Breds. I see these sitting in some places. Let's hope the leather is a better quality on smaller pairs.
I get being hype for the shoe.. but we gotta address that hang tag.. it’s being held on by that thin plastic that be on retail clothing and not original silver ball type link.. I can’t take what a OG supposed to be that serious if I feel like I gotta cut the plastic tag off..

Those are better than the bred 4 reimagined. The colorway isn't, but they're more original. The reimagined messed up by not staying true og form even though they still sold out.
I need two pair for me two pair for my son and the a full size run from 5 to 14 for me to hold till the time is right I done that with the bred 4 and I’m going to do it with them military blues too they are the last one we needed with the Nike air on the back
