So happy you got this in PR. Congratulations! I think this palette should have been released around Valentine’s Day. The lighter color shimmer swatches were disappointing. I think they’re relatively similar despite different undertones. I’m just thinking of how they apply to the eyelid and whether or not they’re translucent which will make the differences minimal.

Okay…when I first saw it I was disappointed that it looked so pink. But honestly, it’s much more purple than I thought it would be THANK GOODNESS! Your look is 100% purple, not pink. I have green eyes and purples work well for me. I still wish it had a few more blueish purples, but I still love this color story. (And the purples in Triochrome are very cool, so I do have those) I despise the formula of the purples in the Love palette. I’m so glad to have these!! I think these purples will look good with the grays if Xenon, too!)

I’m glad there’s not a lot of blruple shades. I would use the pinks more than those. This is a definite must buy for me. I was asking for this as well for so long because I knew she would deliver something as beautiful as this. I’m not disappointed. Love your look as well

Contrary to some contents, I find that palette quite purple, some leaning on lilac and I'm glad it's on the pinkish side and not on the bluey, taupish side. That's my kind of purple 😁 It suits my skin tone. I was tempted by that palette but if the shimmers are disappointing... the splurge isn't worth it for me bc I love shimmers, satins (not glitters though), metallic, duochromes.My developing into mature skin eyelids don't like them as much 😁 But I do!!

Gorgeous, Morgan! Mine already shipped out too. I really wanted this because Natasha said it’s inspired by the original Lila. As much as I wanted to love that palette, it looked so underwhelming on my eyes. I didn’t end up keeping it. I’m hoping to love this one. Yes, would have wanted more bluish purples, but when it comes to pinks, I like pairing them with purples. Looking forward to your in depth review.

I just wanted to say that there's a fine line between a gorgeous purple look vs. a look like someone punched you in the eye vs. a non-existent lavender color that doesn't show up. Other than the very dark purples, the rest of the palette fizzles out for me. I love a beautiful purple look, but this palette doesn't give that look. Disappointing... However, what you created with the meh palette was truly a work of art. Good job!

It's color theory. When you blend those darker purples with the other mattes you will get different purple tones.

I'm hoping for a darker/ grungier version of Yucca. At least it isn't a nude/neutral/warm palette again. Also hoping PMG comes out with something that isn't pink, red, purple, ect.... I was a die hard ND and PMG fan, but the past 2 years have left me wanting. They're turning my into an indie convert. I'm not wasting my coin on the same color stories over and over again.

Colours tend to pop more when contrasted by complementary colours, or supported by analogous colours. Interestingly, a palette that is mostly various shades of purple will likely appear muddy when blended together. Having analogous colours like pinks and reds can highlight the vibrancy of purple. Megan's look is a perfect example of this: half of the shades she used were not purple, but her finished look is distinctively a purple look.

I’ve been dying for a true all-out purple palette that I can use for my shows (Violettas is my artist name and persona) and was SO excited….but I think I could only get two or three true purple looks out of it. I think it’s still a little too pink, and the shimmers don’t seem as impactful as they’ve been in the past 😭😭😭💔

I have all of the ND palettes and I’ll definitely get this one too! Believe it or not, CoverGirl has a mini True Color palette called “Mello Mauve” that is pinkish looking but really purple and is great quality! I’ve worn it and it looks so lovely! I’m excited for the Roxa palette nevertheless!!
