Just some feedback on the overall production. I would lose the background music, certainly for the parts when you want to be heard and what you are saying needs to be concentrated upon.
The scar and bcar on your Max Stryker. Seem to act as a addition to your barrel as if you put a longer barrel on the blasters, making the numbers go up. The scar works better for higher fps ( 250 to 300+ fps) in my tesing with my mk4 using a 1.6 spring with barrel extension. The bcar is nice if you don't use the barrel extension
Yeah, that's what it seemed like. The barrel I had on the Stryker originally was 45cm long, but the performance was all over the place and I never hit 200fps. I cut it down and it became a beast! This test with the Scar and BCAR were actually my first test on the Stryker since I cut the barrel down and was pleased with the results. No fps drop off, and like you said, almost acted as a barrel extension. I guess I could have shortened the barrel a little less, but, it's all trial and error. This is good to know though, thanks!
That's not possible. While BCARs generally always help the higher the FPS, the lower the twist rate you should run. Too high a twist rate and you get a lot of whirlybirds and darts off target. I haven't seen specs for the Dart Zone BCAR but it looks identical to the old Worker BCAR which is 15 degrees. That means it's optimized for sub-150fps range. At 250+ you should be running 5 degrees.
I don't know the degrees of the Dart Zone BCAR, but I understand what your saying. I did not experience any "Whirlybirds" in my testing with the Stryker, and that was hitting numbers upwards of 230fps at times. So maybe it's a lower degree, but I will have to look into that. I have run at least a couple hundred darts through the SCAR and BCAR at this point, and the BCAR is definitely giving me slightly better accuracy and performance on the Stryker. My testing is far from over though. Thanks for the input!

I use a couple different scars as well. The Pentavictus on my Lynx, Sillys scar, and Rmods74s Rscar. They all work really well. Would love to grab these for some of my DZ blasters though.
Nice! I want to get the Silly SCAR, I don't have that one yet. Would be cool to fire some Mega XL darts with my Stryker. They all work pretty well, but these DZ ones are continuing to impress me. I tested them out a lot more and the twist on the dart out of the BCAR is amazing! I'm hitting 18 inch groupings consistently! Definitely grab them whenever you are able to, you won't be disappointed!
Its really hard to say. I've put hundreds of darts through both and they both do the job well. I personally like the BCAR better on my Stryker. The groupings are great with both, but I think the BCAR edges out the SCAR ever so slightly. Testing will continue!
Thanks for the support! Good point. I have been doing continued testing on these, and did try worker Gen3 darts as well. They are a touch thinner, but worked well, and also had a nice snug fit with both. Thanks for Watching!
I couldn't give you an opinion on that one cause I don't currently have anything set up to hit 300fps but it works just fine between 230fps-250fps. There are higher fps games out there, especially now with all the higher power stuff coming out, but Like you said, not many 300fps games although they do exist. Usually higher fps are outdoor settings for sure. If you have a blaster tuned to that level, I'd recommend getting a higher quality metal body BCAR which there are plenty of options of out there cause why would you want a cheap BCAR on a monster blaster. Just my opinion, but again I cannot confirm nor deny the performance of this BCAR at those fps levels. I can say it is a phenomenal option for 250fps or less from my personal testing and I highly recommend it!
I got it on Amazon. It's a silicone heat resistant mat for soldering. Also has magnetic little compartments for screws and springs. A must have for blaster mods. I have this one in black. amzn.to/48tS3Ju

Also my gf suggested we get one for in the house and in the adjacent workshop and she pointed out the light blue color is preferable because it makes things easy to see and might reduce stress and anxiety when dealing with the more fiddly parts of construction

Hey, quick question. I'm wondering if it is possible to add a bcar on a nightingale but after having looked literally everywhere online I've found 0 information about the dimension of it's tube barrel, if there are extention tubes for it and if a bcar would fit on said tube. Any tips would be greatly apreciated 😅
I think it would be possible, but I think it might actually hurt the Nightingales performance as opposed to helping it. The Nightingale does exactly what it is supposed to do, and does it well. I never thought to try it. I know they do make kits on Etsy, that make it more like a carbine and add a barrel or muzzle break. So if a muzzle break can be added, then the BCAR should be able to fit as well. The short answer is I'm not sure, but I believe it might just friction fit in. I let a friend borrow mine so I don't currently have it on hand to test it or measure it for you, but as soon as I do I will let you know what the results were. @@Apocalypsejunkiesxtreme Wow, first of all thank you for the swift response, I was not expecting that ! I see your point though, it might be a bit of an overkill but still I've been wondering. Since there are many options for bcars with various amounts of bearings and degrees of rotation, maybe one of them could actually be a good fit for the nightingale and actually increase its (for a lack of a better word) "straight shooting performance". I just ordered the fully auto version from Workermod and since its going to be a while until i get my hands on it I've been scouring the internet to learn more about it. It would be great If you found some time in the future to mess about with this concept. Also sorry for the long winded rambling. None the less you have earned a subscriber good sir :)

I will definitely look into this though, cause now I'm curious as well. The Nightingale is such a great little blaster. One of the best small, flywheel pistol/sidearm IMO. Especially for the price! The newer Full Auto, more powerful one that you ordered is a beast! You can honestly run it as a primary, and I have seen people do just that. Have to have plenty of mags though cause you can burn through them fast! Anyway, thanks for the sub and welcome to our Foam Flinging Family!
