Bantayan Island is the seafood capital of Cebu. Most of its seafood products are shipped to Cebu City and nearby islands of Bohol, Negros, Iloilo, Leyte, etc.
Humba is never comparable to caldereta nor to any dish. Humba is very different. It is actually braised pork, a specialty or uniquely Cebuano pork dish, usually made from pork belly with right amount of fat and lean meat. However, humba can also be made from any parts of the pork.
