I love the game winning TD celebration. Actually gives the players some emotion out in the field instead of standing there like robots after a huge play
Want to see more defensive highlights. Getting a tipped INT or recovering a fumble, a long with the tackling physics, is what makes the 2k football games so fun. The randomness keeps it exciting. Throwing on the run too OP in madden...seems unstoppable even if you know it's coming
I think for presentation it would be nice if they didn't cut to the TV camera view for the interactions. I guess most people skip it, so it would look wonky, but it would be cool to see these things play out in the regular perspective you play in.

I want to see more detailed Franchise mode content. During Franchise mode I want to feel like I'm sitting in my living room on Football Sunday being able to watch highlights from different games around the NFL. They need to be more like the old 2k football, until then Madden will continue to be lack lustered.

I still don’t under this they don’t have Aaron rodgers single chin strap style helmet in this game. It’s a little thing but that’s a little detail that this game should have by now. As well as more realistic cleat tape/Spats. Game winning celly was cool but that needs to be an animation for every TD not just game winning. TD celebrations with just one or 2 other team mates doesn’t give it that realistic emotion after TD’s.

@@crimsontide1980frostbite was looking good in madden 18 as far as looks. Just the way the shadows, lighting, sun were reflecting they should’ve just let them work on graphics only.
@@CNice861 for the record I was always team madden when 2k football was around. I was so pumped to see what madden could do on the next gen console (Xbox 360). I have been extremely disappointed ever since. Maddens have been improving recently but I expected the game to play the way it is now like a decade ago. I completely gave up to EA getting a 2k like presentation style. Maddens been bad to meh. Silver lining, at least it isn’t going backwards anymore.
Somebody has mentioned field degradation, but something that they used to do is sunlight progression throughout the game (if you have a 3:30 game in Wk 12, it’ll be night time by the end of the game). Does that look present?
Looks like madden definitely saw the drop off in players last year. This madden looks different with celebrations and defense but also kept some of the best qualities from previous maddens. Gameplay looks promising for the first time in a long time !
What about the acceleration clock like when I have no time outs and it’s about to be halftime with like 20 seconds left in a hurry up at 20 sec shouldn’t speed off of the clock. It doesn’t happen in real life.
Don’t want to get ahead of myself as EA has changed stuff in the past and wrongly said it’s going to be better every year, but honestly if this Madden stays consistent and is like this throughout the year, it could be the best Madden in years. The tackling is so much smoother and lifelike and the player reactions between plays are so well done and passionate. It gets you so much more into the game. I’m hyped for Madden 24!
Quick question, if we use throwback unis, do the field logos change to match it? For example, when the Dolphins use their throwbacks, they change the end zones and put the old logo at the 50 yard line. Stuff like this would be great to add in.
What difficulty what were you using & what did the pass rush look like? I always want to play a cpu franchise alongside my online cfm buy the cpu maked almost every pass lol
@ClampoNation true that. All I ask really is fix the db's transition ...if I am 8 to 10 yards back...there is no way I get beat on a simple streak....even with tyreek. Double moves, post, digs...sure I can live wit that but not streaks
