When it rains it really does pour I guess... The stars seem to keep aligning for us because 3 of the last 4 weeks we've come across some of the earliest and rarest coins that can be found metal detecting, at least in America. First it was an enormous silver 8 reales, then a crazy old 1694 William and Mary Half Penny, but this week, holy cow wait until you see it! Now none of us sell anything we find and we certainly don't do this hobby for the money, but every now and then these high dollar old coins seems to make their way right under our coils and this often in such a short time, just absolutely incredible!
