Little tip people think muscle up is like a pull up but you go above the bar but it's different When you doing muscle up you need to swing and use the swing to get above the bar you need to do like a c shape with you arm instead of just pulling

To do a muscle up you cant just pullup and dip. You need to transition between them. To do that, you'll need momentum and explosiveness. Swing (momentum) and then pullup as high as you can (explosiveness). Lower chest is probably the best spot. Then use all that explosiveness and momentum and transition using that. Then just do a dip, pretty easy. In slow muscle up's though, you don't have any momentum to get a good transition and no explosiveness to pull up because you have to do it slow, then you'll need actual strength.
@@shiva9575 you’d be surprised. i bet most dudes between the ages of 12-30 could do a few. i have yet to meet a woman who doesn’t do some kind of physical sport who can do 1 full pushup. i think a lot of men who start to decline in strength also won’t be able to do 1 once they reach 50+
