The 2024 Tennessee National MTB races were a really good time. This event always presents me with a challenge. After not riding much at all during the off-season due to work and weather, showing up to Windrock to race against the best in the world unprepared is always a bit nerve-wracking and frustrating. My fitness is not where I need it to be and it showed during seeding. An unfortunate crash at the top of my race run left me cruising down the track for good ol' last place. Regardless, it was a fun weekend on the downhill bike!
