Actually 4 of the members (Castle J, BIC, Minjae and Huijun) learned dancing in America and Win (the one with the blue hair, his real name is Bang Jun Hyuk) participated in a show called Under Nineteen but he left the show due to health reasons and Castle J composed the song, that win performed in the show.

The person who made the choreography was Choi Youngjoon . Some facts about him is : >he has work and contributed with lots of popular group such as Twice, Lisa , Iz*one and ofc Seventeen. >he had won the best choreographer of the year award at MAMA 2017 . >He has his own channel if you want to check out more , he sometimes shares about the group he has been working with, dance practice behind and sort of that (It's in korean 안무가 최영준/ or maybe just type Choi Youngjoon channel)

MCND is formed by Shinhwa (the longest running kpop idol group without any break and member change and even in Guiness Book for this)'s Andy. 2 of the members were brought to the TV show The Fan by Shinhwa's Eric and Minwoo (one of the best dancer/choreographer/producers in kpop also has been the trainer and judge on many dance shows) before their debut. While they were visiting Andy at TOP Media they saw the kids practicing as trainees and were mesmerized by their power at this young age. You should check their performances on that show all amazing. Especially their first performance to Imagine Dragons Believer is sth I can't get over. Also all TOP media artists are insane dancers and quite perfectionists in their performances. TeenTop the first group ever made in TOP media is highly respected 2nd generation idols for their dance and syncronization along with Shinee and Infinite. The only groups that come close to them from 3rd generation are Seventeen and UP10TION(also TOP Media artist)

Yeah the don’t have a normal dance practice video, but lots of other special versions. They have also said that they can learn new choreography in 30 minutes (said is on after school club). Also the member castle j wrote the lyrics to Ice Age and Castle J, BIC, and Win wrote the lyrics for Top Gang

Don't know if you'll read this or if anyone pointed it out already but the ones who participated in World of Dance were actually the rest of the members EXCEPT of Junhyuk (Win). Junhyuk got added to the lineup later on (probably after under19 not so sure) and that info might have gotten mixed up with another trainee's (Shin Yechan) who also participated in under19 (and that trainee DID participate in World of Dance with the rest of the members as he joined early and trained together with them).
