In Chiquita's case she was still recoving from covid. This group song would have been at the same time that they were practicing their solo song and group dance. YG does monthly evaluations that have three stages that they perform on each month: one solo song, one group song. and one group dance. So Chiquita not only missed one week of her solo performance practice but also a week of group performance practices. The reason that we know this is because of BLACKPINK. They talk about the monthly evaluations and there was also evidence that YG still does this when you look at episode 1-4 more carefully. Haram (Rami) has a knee brace in Ep 2 in the beginning and toward the end she wasn't wearing it. In ep 3 when they were first beginning to do the group dance she was wearing the knee brace again. In ep 3 when they were getting evaluated notice where everyone is sitting and what clothes they are wearing then look at ep 4 when they are evaluating the group and notice that everyone is still wearing the same clothes and sitting in the same place. The solo performances are on a different day than the group performances but it is done around the same week. But this is the reason when YG debut a group that they are ready and seem like they have been doing it for years. It is because they have been. For a lot of the members of BABYMOSNTER they have been training for almost 5 years before they debuted. The training that they go through is tough but that is the reason their live performances are so much better than the current gen K-pop groups.

I don’t mean this in a bad way. But c’mon keep going with babymonster. Always such big gaps between vids. Episode 8 is great. The best later vids are behind the scenes on inkygayo, first time they perform for fans, the making of sheesh is interesting but the best is the new “see you there” in Tokyo in front of 13000 fans. First time they perform for a big audience.
