✨BTS‘ Jimin revealed the full track list for his upcoming second solo album, MUSE. According to billboard, article, the seven-song LP due out on July 19 KST (July 18 in other time zones), will feature the intro song “Rebirth,” as well as “Interlude : Showtime,” the pre-release song “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” (featuring Loco), “Slow Dance” (featuring Sofia Carson), as well as “Be Mine,” “Who”, (single can now be purchased as presale aside from 2 versions MUSE album), and “Closer Than This” (which dropped in December.) Jimin, 28, wrote six of the songs, according to a release, composed, also finally listed as one of the producers for most of his songs, (though shown in Jimin’s documentary his involvement in producing all his songs), which also noted that the announcement from BIGHIT Music featured a vintage feel via images of old-school cassette tapes representing each song, with an overarching theme of “love” connecting all the tracks. The hip-hop/R&B-leaning focus song, “Who,” was produced by Grammy-nominated singer/producer Jon Bellion, along with Pete Nappi, Tenroc, Pdgogg and GHSTLOOP, with a vibe described as “intense bounce and guitar sound.” In addition, the pre-release song “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” draws inspiration from marching bands, “blending hip-hop elements with the big band sound characterized by a large-scale orchestra, creating an upbeat, lively rhythm and dynamic atmosphere thanks to an assist from South Korean rapper Loco.” Other contributors to the album include Tommy Brown (Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber), as well as producers Pdogg, GHSTLOOP and EVAN, who also worked on Jimin’s first solo album, 2023’s FACE, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Jimin’s official solo debut came with the 2018 single “Promise.” Five years later, he became the first South Korean soloist to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Like Crazy,” followed by FACE‘s “Set Me Free, Pt. 2” reaching No. 30 on the chart. I got confused at first with the reference to "June 12" as well. A few Google clicks led me to: "The group held a press conference and debut showcase on June 12, 2013, performing "No More Dream" and "We Are Bulletproof Pt.2", marked their unofficial debut stage in South Korea music industry." "June 12, 2013 was when their debut album 2 Cool 4 Skool was released. The day they debuted on stage was June 13, 2013. Their debut song was No More Dream."

He's made of sunshine and rainbows and this song is happiness. I'm not sure this one is for ARMY, personally. The June 12th date seems to refer to when their No More Dream MV and first mini album dropped (even though June 13 when they had their first showcase performance is considered their official debut), so the start of Bangtan, but beyond that the lyrics confuse me if it is referring to ARMY. Not only because of him calling whoever he's addressing 'love' and 'babe,' but also because he refers to "all the things we couldn't say before." They've always expressed their love and appreciation for ARMY, so I have a hard time seeing how this song of love could considered a message he couldn't convey to us before. Either way, he's adorable.

These guys ar really something. They did so much for us before going away to the military. Really makes one wonder how much unreleased content is still out there. I think Jimin felt we (ARMY) just needed a little pick me up.

It’s like a sequel to BTS’s song The Untold Truth. And a big thank you and acknowledgement of everyone that helped Jimin along the way, like PDogg,, Ghstloop and Evan, mainstay choreographers and dancers, Army, kid army…dreamers. Rapper Loco was a BTS trainee, so it a stranger to BTS…full circle moment. Just came out the other day, so Look up Behind the Scenes for this track video /mv for this song…it’s very cut, loved it.

When Jimin said "It all began on June 12", he does the BTS hand sign! Don't know if it's a song for ARMY (even though every songs are for us lol) or on another topic. With the sentence "all the things we couldn't say before" we can have doubt, but it depends of what will tell the album... So, I like to think it's for us... (When he whispers "Let's talk about us", I melt...) Loco was a trainee of Big Hit alongside BTS members. :D

The four guys at the beginning are producers from bighit. They were the ones who helped jimin with his album Face. I was gonna ask dont you have social media? You can keep up with BTS content that will come out or I can send you info of when new things are dropping 😫💛 Jimin is just a ball of sunshine and happiness. Always wants us to feel good. I’m excited about the sound. He gave us dark with Face now let’s see what he brings to the table. He never disappoints.

Tammy, I don’t see this info in other comments, so I wanted to share. First, did you notice this was live vocals? I love it when they do things that shut the haters down. So many antis have said that he can’t sing live, so there you go. Also, the Smeraldo flower is very important in BTS’ history. It’s a fictional blue flower that has the meaning of “the truth untold” (BTS song). It’s also the flower that Jin is protecting in the beginning of “Fake Love” MV. It’s also seen in a reel where Jin is going to give them to a girl he likes, but the scene ends in a tragedy (I won’t ruin that in hopes you’ll watch it in the future).
