Literally came here to say the same thing. Dave is a epic drummer for sure. But a great guitar player and singer song writer for one of the best bands of the last 15 years. Cool dude. I met him twice at Starbucks. Funny, the 2nd time was a fully jam packed Starbucks at 8am. He was sitting and reading a newspaper. Not a single person even looked at him. I chatted with him for a few minutes about Pearl Jam of all things. I didnt know he liked them. Anyway, he was nice.

How to Handle a Rope My God is the Sun is a good one yea... AVON Regular John All of Lullabies was good The Vampyre of Time and Memory is a great song but a creepy ass video. Like Clockwork I think Queens isn't really right for this channel mostly though. Its an acquired taste, more of an alone type thing to me. I think this song was probably the only one of theirs that belongs on this channel or the radio u know?

If you didn't notice that is Dave Grohl on drums. The drummer from Nirvana, he filled in for awhile because he is good friends with the lead singer Josh Homme. They also created a supergroup called "Them Crooked Vultures" with the bass player from Led Zepplin John Paul Jones. If you want another good QOTSA song to hear check out "Sat by the Ocean".

Great Band QOTSA, another of my favourites... you can listen all of that album "Songs for the Deaf", as for me, it's the best they did ... specially "Song for the Dead" my favourite in this album. The drummer you mentioned is Dave Grohl, former drummer of Nirvana and current frontman of Foo Fighters (make sure you check this band as well). Dave recorded this album with them and sometimes toured with them as well. There is another band you should check. It's a superband called Them Crooked Vultures, formed by components of QOTSA and Foo Fighters... very similar sound and really good as well!!

In live versions Josh Homme used to occasionally sing the line "I journey through the desert of the mind with no hope" as "...with no drugs." Might still, I dunno, I haven't seen them do the song live in 15 years. I thought that's where this title came from. This entire album is essentially about drugs, though, so they were pretty quick to pick up on that.

@@jager9022 i have all ( i believe) of their albums. To be honest I am really into drums and "go with the flow" has an amazing drum performance. Besides that I also think "go with the flow" can be considered their best track because it has a very wide appeal and even if you aren't necessarily a QOTSA fan most people will still enjoy that track.

QoTSA is a can of worms. Forgive my paragraph of text: "You Say I Ain't Worth a Dollar (but I Feel Like a Millionaire)" not only opens the album it's on, but THE seminal cKy film, CKY4, which in part launched Bam Margera's career. Josh Homme of QoTSA is good friends with Dave Grohl of Nirvana and Foo Fighters fame, he's on a few QoTSA songs and they have a supergroup with the guitarist from Led Zeppelin called "Them Crooked Vultures". For a first QUEENSRYCHE song, there are so many good ones. Everyone on YT does Take Hold Of The Flame like it’s their only song! Like a lot of great bands they’ve been around for decades now. So, I will suggest EMPIRE, the title track off the same album. Or if you really trust me, The Whisper off of Rage For Order. Have a nice loud day!
