the hitliss makes the bike sound like that, it did the same thing to my YZ, I thought my packing was bad too. I do like the way it performs tho, totally changed the way the YZ acts.

I run high elevation over 10k' and Tim at HITLIS hooked me up with perfect jetting specs. Pilot: 42 Needle: N3EW-2 Main: 170 Powerjet: 40. You can use the N3EJ or CW needle as well. If you want it a little leaner of the bottom the CJ is the ticket.

do you run moose balls front and rear? and do they equal 15 psi? cause the trail you are on at the 20min mark looks like a lower psi setting if you're running tubes right?

@@highlandcycles if I had a yz250 I would probably get the hitless for single track. The yz250 is in my opinion the best throw down bike for woods and single track back in Oct of 06 I should have bought a yz250 instead of the 06 450R honda. I am thinking about getting a left over 25 250 SX for a lowball winter time bike purchase next year. Right now leftover 23 and 24 ktms are on sale

Nice to see the yz out ripping again on its second or 3rd life. Lots of yz parts around if you know yz nuts. Know I could build atleast 2 almost 3 aluminum frame yz250s out of my spares..lol

Awesome bike build! I agree on the lightswitch 250 I figured out the hard way trail riding with friends. line choices became .1 second no hesitation and impossible😂
