First Ride On The Brand New Beta 350!
My first ride on the 2023 beta 350. and it was interesting riding enduro

Sweet video mate. I rode a Beta demo day a while back, 350 and 390 were my favourites. I thought maybe the 350 revved more but the 390 had torque. 350 for racing 390 for trail riding?? Here in Australia we seem to be able to get deals on the 350. Look forward to future comparisons on the bikes mate. Love your work 🍻

Ah that's cool you got to test both in one day. Your totally right the 350 definitely loved a rev. But the overall feel from the power is so similar as this 350 has stage 1 map with the factory pipe which probably makes up for the 40cc less. Mines definitely more pokey than Adams 350

Well after selling a crf450 to buy a tenere, I'm missing getting in the forest, so I'm looking at the beta 350 just cos you sound like you really love that bike.

The beta as a brand are so good out the box. I've had the 350 and 390 and both are incredible

From first ride impressions would you rate one bike over the other? I'm a massive 350 fan. Perfect bike

I think it's still to early to say but initial feelings are the 350 feels slightly lighter but lacks the bottom end punch the 390 has. It's splitting hairs really as they both are awesome bikes

So happens I still have my 390 which is for sale. After own both the difference between them is so so hard to separate. With the gearing I run for the hard enduro they both just tractor up things that 2t bikes struggle with. Hence why I still use the mighty 4t. The 390 probably lugs better at low rpm but the 350 even tho it's identical weight feels lighter but that might be because less torque im not sure. But both bikes I love

Seems like you're using more revs than on the 390. Which might suit you well

I think your correct the 350 definitely isn't shy to rpm where the 390 would lug very well. But it's very hard to tell as different conditions on different days mean you ride differently.

Wicked video mate, how do you preserve your battery life on thee old GoPro? Mine drains recording at 4k60 in hyperview. (Gopro Hero 11)

We use the white enduro battery which helps a tone with battery life but also we take a few when we ride but mostly I can do a day on one being careful

@@Motomarsh So I grabbed an enduro battery which is somewhat decent recording at that 4K60 on hyperview, I’m assuming you’re recording in segments? Like areas if that makes sense? Hahah. As oppose to leaving it recording and then editing it.

We are at the Mick extance experience in this video. I'm at the moment a 4t guy but I have been a 2t guy. I often change to what ever suits me best. Alot if people get stuck on riding a 2t because they are stubborn 😂 some rides suit different bikes and without trying you will never know

I bought a used 430 husky that was a beast with left side kick start. Then a new ktm 300 exc in 1991, then in 1992 bought another new one and liked them all very much. Got married, had 3 kids, sold my bikes and trailer. Now I'm missing it a lot and finally looking to get back into it. I'm looking primarily at s stroke 200, 250, and 300 bikes so that's how I found your channel. I appreciate your video's as they are helping me to learn about the new bikes. Thanks!

your old bike was a 390 right? How do you like the 350 compared to that? Edit: I asked the question before finishing the video. I will refrase, what would you prefer after riding this for a bit?

😂😂 thanks for going back to finish 👌 it's very hard to tell still. The 350 definitely feels lighter but powerwise it's very similar but I think that's down to the map and factory pipe that's on the 350 probably makes up for the 40cc different 👌

@@Motomarsh We are a couple of weeks further down the line. That should mean more hours. I need an update regarding your thoughts compared to the 390. I am on the verge of buying one or the other and since your riding is similar to mine. I kinda value that opnion :) I am usually at a little higher speeds, up in the rpm range. I am leaning towards 350

How does midwest his tpi 300 smoke that much? Mine tpi 300 2018 doesnt do that 😅

It's had the tsp remap for extra oil to stop them running to lean and melting 😂 the additional better bottom end so it's a good idea to get them done.
