The guitar player is DimeBag Darrell. One of the best metal guitarist ever. His brother is the drummer Vinnie Paul. Rex brown on the bass and Phil Anselmo on vocals. Pantera was a powerhouse from the early 90s to the early 2000s. There is a tragic story with this band. Dig deep. They have several amazing songs that will blow you away. Check out Cemetary Gates, Hollow, Walk, New Level and Cowboys from Hell 🤘🏻

@@nancymjohnson yeah, I know. I'm not convinced ACDC would have brought 1.6 million if Metallica and Pantera had not played since at the time, they were 2 if the biggest bands on tbe planet. Yes ACDC is also, but at that time, Metallica was considered to be much bigger.

This got a sub for me. Pantera are Texas, Metal, Gods. I got to see them with Metallica on 8/18/23. Zakk Wylde played guitar for Dime and Charlie Benante played drums for Vinnie. They played this song and it kicked ass 🤘 I was in the pit. 🤘

My favorite story about this concert is, after Pantera played their set, Dimebag walked offstage and passed by Kirk Hammett, the lead guitarist for Metallica, and said, “Top that boy!!”. Pantera for EVER!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼RIP Darrell and Vinnie….
