This week's video was so much fun! We took our very first road trip, WITHOUT PARENTS! Don't worry, we went to a family friends' house just over the Texas border in Oklahoma, which was only 2 hours away! Our parents were monitoring our progress the whole way!
We went four wheeling with ATV's, horseback riding, swimming, made cookies, etc, all in two days! My boyfriend Parker came along, but Bailey's boyfriend Asa could not make it since he was in Louisiana. This vlog contains clips of all the friend fun we had!
Teens alone in a car during a road trip? Our parents were testing our trustworthiness, with a whole set of rules for us to follow. We had to keep the speed limit EXACTLY, no cell phones in the front of the car while driving, and the music had to be turned down so we can hear traffic, etc. We also had rules for sleeping, like curfews and separate bedrooms by gender.
We also had fun simply driving during the road trip, and seeing the countryside, stopping for gas, and playing car games. You get to know each other well on road trips! Traveling with your sisters also make for family fun!
