If you would be willing to share, it would be helpful for you to share the typical budget on these types of trips, or how much everything in certain places costs? I think a lot of us on a budget would find that useful to know the best places to go!

In Ireland we go by kmph rather than mph, that’s why it said 100kmph😂😂

I love your solo travel series but this one made me smile the most as I am from Cork myself. It was so nice to watch you create memories in places that are important in my heart 💗 If you ever come back I recommend you go to the Titanic Experience in Cobh, I went when I was in secondary school and it still has an impact on me to this day!

Hi Mark, so glad you finally visited our beautiful country. Kinsale (kin-sale) is my favourite place on this island. It is known worldwide as the gourmet capital of Ireland and the seafood is amazing. Next time, bring or hire a car to see the beautiful sights. I do hope you got to visit "stone mad" (the bright pink shop) you would LOVE all the quirky stuff she stocks and no better woman to chat to your followers. Same goes for Mary in the Tap Tavern, who got a phone call from an American astronaut while he was in space (you were standing outside it at one point). Better still, stay in kinsale for a night next time. PS you can only get proper Guinness in Ireland. Try it with a dash of blackcurrant cordial in it. BTW, it is 100km not 100 miles 😀

Bloody loved this. It makes me feel less alone seeing you experience things alone if that makes sense. I don’t have kids and no partner yet so this is so real and how solo travel can be an amazing thing. You totally give me more confidence to do it. I just feel like solo travel is never really talked about or shown so people think it’s weird or have anxiety doing a solo trip. Which of course it’s scary but also so rewarding. Btw the ending was the cutest ever. You really never know who you are gonna meet and it makes it that much more memorable. Can’t wait to see where you go next. Xx

I understand what you mean about the vibes in that gaol. Bad stuff, ie. suffering, depression, pain etc. I felt the same from the coliseum in Rome. We stood outside the walls, but there was no way I could have gone in there….bad vibes from that place!
