I never thought about using the exp points from the event on mules to hit 210 I was saving it for my 266 main but just made me rethink it would be more value to use it on lvl 200 mules your a life saver
Its handy in mobbing and you use it in bossing sometimes. The other 3 skills that arent boosted aren't that relevant so Battle Burst is boosted because it's actually used.
Are you sure putting all those points into arcane power better for fd? If you just put into boss% and ied% on event stats that would also give you 10% fd or more no ?
