Huge thanks again to CSP for tuning the camaro and make sure everything is done right. The car is driving better now than it was before the Procharger install too! 😁 If you follow me on Instagram you probably know I’m on my way to meet Do It With Dan and Atlanta Custom Wraps to do something special with the new GTR 👀 PLUS make some pretty entertaining content... Stay tuned.
Not going to lie i find it point less that the procharge w the intake is facing toward the headers where its getting less cool air and now will prob get all tht heat going in...
Im 16 and trying to get an 2010-2012 ss before my senior year (going into jr year this year). Both my parents have muscle cars in hs. Dad had a mustang gt foxbody and mom had an 83 camaro
I have a son who i been showing him about mechanical work since he was little at 14 he started working on Cars on he's own at 16 he started taking the transmission down on my car to fix it he also changed the Clutch on hes car by him self with out any training or schooling I am so proud of him and he has learned alot to by watching your RU-vid channel he Hope's to meet you one day and have a car as fast as yours or faster lol God bless you mijo for all the positive things you show are youth now a days
I was a patient at Texas Childrens Hospital when I was a kid, and I was sponsored by a donator to the Make-a-Wish Foundation. They’re great people, and they gave me an opportunity to get into media creation at an earlier age than most people. They really are a blessing to kids experiencing things no kid should, and they help ease the hopelessness that these kids tend to feel. It’s really cool to see them reaching out to you man, I can’t wait to see what’s coming up. 🔥
Good advice on lubing the injector rings... I learned the hard way on my f-150 when I was spraying the headers with gas, on vacation, in the middle of nowhere, due to a split o-ring. Had to replace the o-rings and reseat the fuel rails on the side of the road in 110 degree heat.
The fact that you came from little from nothing Nd like ur all the way up here now and knowing it’s not gonna stop for a long ass time is so damn inspirational, thank you for everything Gavin much love well to all of you guys
You’ll have so much fun learning all the sounds. I have a procharged fox, and there’s so many different ways you can let everyone hear it. Cruising through town, usually stay in first at 3800 and everyone and I mean everyone can hear it screaming🙏🏼
Also, I feel ya on the weird louisiana rainy weather. Chicago, Illinois loves to rain while the freaking sun is out, the clouds are white, not grey, and it's pouring for a solid 5 minutes, drenching everything, then the sun comes out and makes it horrible outside...
Hey Gavin I just ordered a supercharger for my ‘95 mercury just because your vids I want my car to be fast I seen the camaro before the mods and it inspired me to start my car. I got an intake and exhaust done on it now I got the supercharger
Glad to see this video. In terms you turn a LS3 similar to LS9. Question has anyone seen any videos of someone modifying, rebuilding a LS9? Mainly everyone modifies LS1,2,3 LSA, LSX. I have hardly seen a LS9 heavily modified on RU-vid. Or, is it just me?
Fixed a BMW k100 cafe racer project of mine. We put the o-rings in with water based lube that my friend had for his old gf🤣🤣. Works great when you have nothing else!
Man! Let me tell you I got my dream car because u showed my it’s possible and it took me awhile it was a 2016 srt 392 with 14k miles on it and then I ended up totaling it and fracturing my back in two spots. A week later I bought a s10 so now I’m working on building a turbo ls 5.3 s10 until I’m in the right spot to buy another one. Thank god for gap cov.
So proud of you guys and what this channel has accomplished. When people say "build a team" I truly Invision the current group of dudes you have around you. Looking forward to the next video drop brotha 🤘
I’ve been watching your RU-vid for honestly a good 3 months so about the time COVID started and honestly I can say without a doubt half of the people that watch your RU-vid don’t understand how much you really pride yourself on your content like I see the love you have for your friends and family because they support you a lot I saw the video when U hit your first 9 and I was like damm finally he deserves it so much do to all the time money and effort and again the support your really an inspiration to your channel and I’ll continue to watch and learn every video you put out 💪🏽
Hey Gavin, to be honest I came by your channel by accident but I have been hooked to it since then. Really love the contents you upload because they are relatable and unique content. All the best brother and looking forward for new contents in the future 🙂
Hey 6, i have, with my seasoned drag racer dad, been building a 4.2L on top of our 416ci camaro and your vid really caught my eye because its exactly my style but i honestly feel overwhelmed. Its a special car to be sure, ive seen nothing like it. But we have nothing propelling us. Our supercharger has been sitting for upwards of a year waiting for us to get all the parts scraped up together and built. Considering we had to Fabricate our intake plenum for a rear inlet to the blower by ourselves, by picture... it was a hard, back beating job for us and we are still looking at a wall of self tuning and i just turned eighteen. I have all this in front of me and i got into cars 2 years ago. How the hell am i gonna run a setup thats exactly yours, but a bit bigger? I watch your videos frequently but this one was special to me just because i feel connected by the car and its really a learning experience. I feel like im looking at the same car, while learning from it. But whats really important to me is the tuning. Our car is certified for unlimited tunes on HPtuners and im still getting past the basics. Im more scared than any man on the street should be of me. What am i doing......
Love that this is coming together. Sounds amazing. Just gotta say you are probably gonna need a little more fuel than just that boost a pump. Especially when you run E.
I just love the way the Camaro sounds it sounds mean it sounds beautiful you need to get it put back together because that damn thing is awesome looking ride
I was wondering if this video would ever be posted LOL with everything going on I know you guys are busy. I am a Ford guy but that Camaros sounds amazing I love the sound of the supercharger and exhaust
if you put a little water inside your glove it makes it soo easy to put on :). Also, could you give us an update on how the Armor Shield IX is doing on the Camaro?
Spent somethin like $130 on @itsjusta6.com last Friday and the "been here since the camaro" shirt is one of the things I ordered! Ive never won anything in my life, but i can't wait for my March to come in!
Amazing. I would love for you to do a tutorial on how you shift and do a sitting still burnout Really wish you’d come to Mississippi. You the man. Your the reason I got my mustang roush. Thank you keep going never stop.
Now the Camaro needs a set of push rods, lifters, trunions, valves, valve springs, ported LSX-R 102mm TB FAST intake and 102mm Nick Williams Throttle Body and port and polish the heads and get BMR suspension front and back if you're going to keep it a strictly street car and with a BMR suspension and with that set up on top of what you already got you could run a slick or Radial as long as you get good axles and a good rear they also have a few other good companies other than BMR to get a good suspension set up for those Camaro's and either way you could have a mid 9 second car
Am I the only one that watches a channel consistently thinking that they are subscribed and then looks one day just out of curiosity and realizing that you haven’t been for a long time. I remember that happening a while ago with Gavin and I was like damn hold up let me fix that 😂
Doug isn’t wrong. Getting to the spark plugs on an F-body Camaro or Firebird is a PAIN!!! They’re impossible to reach from the top of the car, you have to get underneath
Anti seize is not good to put on spark plugs. If you have issues removing them from an engine then they're too tightly installed. Heat transfer doesn't happen properly with coated threads
I was with my brothers friend (I guess he is technically my friend too, I've known him and been pretty close with him for 5 years) But I was with him in his cammed camaro when he did the first wide open throttle
I’m new to watching your content, and I’m 17 and I have a list of parts I would want on a Camaro and literally almost everything I want has been done to this camaro. My mind is fuckin blown.
