I see your point. It's a bit less efficient ops-wise, since I want to event Fidel anyway, but maybe it gives me a better tempo and more security when it comes to responding to the result of his coup. I should've thought about it more during the game.
Another benefit is destal tempo. If he fails the coup, you can destal quickly without the Columbia move. True that Stryker didn't go for it , but it's nice to avoid that ...
@@ariellellouch573 well, true, but on the other hand- I didn't have much to lose there. In the worst case scenario (which happened) I just give him 1 VP more.
