Hello I enjoyed the reaction. To answer a few questions. Taemin assisted with choosing the members of SuperM. 2019 was a full year for Chen he had his solo release to prepare for & EXO comeback. Also Chen's wife and child were only SM knowledge at the time not public. Chen was under alot of pressure. I'm sure he would have been a great addition. Lucas and Ten are from WayV. Ohh don't sleep on Ten he can dance and sing. Check out the song New Heroes. Thanks

Thank you SO MUCH for appreciating Taemin's beautiful vocals. Have you reacted to his new MV for "2 Kids" yet? The MV was shot in just one day in Paris in-between Taemin's Super M promotions. He did an on-the-spot "drunken" freestyle dance and actually wrote the lyrics. His new album, "Never Gonna Dance Again", will drop on 9/7/20. "2 Kids" is the prologue that introduces a storyline for the entire album. Act I will feature the title song "Criminal" and has 9 songs total. He's promised us it's going to be intense and feature something that has never been done in Kpop before. It must be really something because he either sprained or fractured his wrist while practicing which delayed his comeback by several weeks. He also got several henna (?) tattoos for a type of bad-boy vibe. Then Act II will finish out the 3rd part of the album strongly as one cohesive story throughout.

Y’all I SERIOUSLY recommend some of Ten’s dance vidoes (his freestyles, choreo vidoes, Hit The Stage Preformances, etc...) because he is an INSANE dancer. Hes the one with the black hair, eyeliner and blue contacts. He’s easily one of the best male idol dancers of Kpop he’s truly unreal. This group is seriously unrivaled in terms of dance talent. They got the MJ of Kpop himself, Lee Taemin. They have Mr Unrivaled Stage Presence, Kim Jongin aka Kai. And Ten, NCT’s best and main dancer. It’s crazy seeing all of them in the same group. Also speaking of dance talent, if you guys could react to Astro sometime in the future I would be so happy! They have amazing dance abilities all around. They’re my ults and they’re pretty underrated. Rocky ,who is a member of Astro, is another phenomenal dancer of Kpop he’s insane too!

You really should check out super m's jopping that song got this started. You will see why they are called the advengers of kpop. Seven members from exo, SHINee, nct127 and wavy. You're already familiar with Taeyong, Taemin, Kai, Baekhyun. Taemin is a seasoned veteran. Mind you he wasnt a vocalist at all when he started out in SHINee. He worked hard for his vocals. Ya dude sorry to disappoint you but Chen's no longer "idol." He's married man with wife & kid now. Might see him pop out the odd solo or appear as a host on music shows but won't likely see him doing any group stuff. Seems like you're "lagging" in "second gen" Kpop (includes EXO, BTS...anyone that debuted in 2012-13). That's ok...they're still great but they're at the end of their "time limit" (age limit for their military enlistment...notice some EXO members/all Shinee members except Taemin missing for many months now). Try catching up with the current generation (the younger members you didn't know). It's quite literally "You'll miss them if you blink." Even those ones are already almost halfway through the typical "lifespan" of an idol (a lot more than halfway if they weren't such a well known group) as SuperM wouldn't consist of anything other than seasoned "aces". Goes by pretty fast.

I wouldn't say that. All members stay behind Chen and said that they continue as a group once everyone is back from military... Super Junior is also still active after their enlistment... That's something only very few groups can achieve... Most groups don't even stay together long enough to get even acknowledged by enough people...

lillchen2020 I know.These are rare but it does happen. As for Chen...of course anything is possible but it’s not a matter of having their support. It’s the fact that he has different priorities now & if his head’s on right his decisions will reflect that. What they do as a group can almost be called an “extreme sport” & does not have any room to lend him to care for his new responsibilities. I’ve been a singer for several years. I wasn’t at my own grandmothers funeral cuz you can’t just leave the stage when something comes up (and you’re sometimes in another city).You don’t even get to have sudden bathroom issues...that’s just how the ball rolls. He’s responsible for his family’s welfare now...not his company’s, not his fans. When babies become mobile they can have “emergencies” a family head needs to be “PRESENT” to deal with (my boss experienced this.) There’s a good reason idols are not allowed to date & doing so is generally the end of their career. It’s not to be mean but simply to let them “sleep in the bed they chose to make.”

@@r.a.h1146 why does it work for solo singers and not for idols? In western countries pop singers also are married and have children and it still works for them... It depends on the attitude of the partner... i mean they don't tour all year or have promotion more than once or twice a year... if they managed their relationship before they would work it also after having a child... we'll see who's going to be right in future ^^ i've been with exo since their beginning and i support them in future...

lillchen2020 Because Western culture does “Western culture” & Korean culture does “Korean culture.” It’s nothing but an observation. A pattern I couldn’t help but notice Chen himself set. I was so confused to see all the music festivals this year...there was no EXO anywhere to be seen. Only Chen. And all he did was stand next to the host sing a couple ballads. I was like “That’s it??? No performance, they’re not just baiting us for something? That’s really ALL he’s going to do? And when did he become a soloist?!!!” Not to mention, from head to toe the word “idol” was nowhere to be seen on him. Looked like he literally just pulled a sweater out of his dads closet & came to the show like that. And his expression was strange...ANYWHERE but there. He was fiercely focused the whole time on something outside of the moment he was in & wasn’t “engaging” with the audience. This was just days before the announcement dropped. Then of course it all made sense. Sure he could change that pattern at any time but it was so obvious it was meant to provide a message.
