Tua has a different outlook.. a genuine, kind, loving demeanor. His team culture, leadership, success, and evolution speak to this rare quality. Talking heads avoid this. Heart and humility makes more difference than arm strength. Keep it up Tua. Teach this world. ✊
I could be wrong but issues like this I mainly place on the owner. I notice this tends to happen when owners draft a QB that the GM/HC or HC didn't want. Same just happen in Carolina with Frank Reich. If you hire a HC and he tells you he wants this QB give him the QB he wants! trust him because he's the one that literally has to work with the QB EVERYDAY!
It's crazy how the news media sticking up for Flores and bashing TUA. I'm still not sold on TUA yet but I hope he proves all the sports media wrong. They treat him like he's Tim Tebow.

Look at Belichieks coaching tree and there hasn't been 1 successful person who became a good HC. If it wasn't for TB , Belichiek would be a below average HC. TB proved that at Tampa. Flores is a horrible person. Great leaders lead by example and inspire and support their players and not berate or disrespect them
Stephen A you have and excellent point about the weather in all those states that you named but it's one thing you forgot to mention going into the playoffs Miami was injured pron we was missing guys on our defense and I'm sure you're aware from my years of watching football defense when championship so since you talking about the weather you got team's that live in that weather,and still lost out, buffalo, New England, New York jets, Baltimore, and I can go on about this weather thing, so Miami needs to control there own destiny and win out and maybe have home field advantage that if they lose out then what your going to say them,i already know it was the weather, bottom line Tua is and excellent QB and he can only get better,thats the bottom line stephen A.
