Finally got around to running an op with the new DMM DYN4/750W servo spindle motor. Very much impressed over the old Consew 550w motor. Had a few brain farts making the video. Forgot to setup the camera and completed the first op before turning it on. Also thought I'd made a mistake on the tool selection cutting the perimeter. So a little bit of a wait from cutting the center hole out to cutting the perimeter as I forgot which tool I used.
Speeds and feeds were 2100mm/min (~82 IPM) for all milling ops with 20% step over. Drilling ops were ~15 IPM rapid drill. Since it was the first real test with the new motor, wasn't trying to push too hard till I get a feel for what more the motor can do. Definitely happy with this setup and didn't notice any motor strain. Some of the vibrating metallic noise in the background is the Z axis cover rattling a little. Need to see what it's vibrating against and see if I can stop that.
