@@a.m11558 I know but you will learn soon enough it’s all part of a sprawling plan . The L’s or what you would consider Ls they took were anticipated yet they produced them anyway. Thats a sign of absurd confidence ..not in the immediate but in the long term. We just need to be patient .
A Disney employee is still a Disney employee. How can we take a test screening from people who work for the company all that seriously? That's like trusting a movie critic who's also the director's best friend-their opinion might be a bit biased, don’t you think?
If that were the case, captain America 4 would’ve never completely reshot most of the movie. Its early test screenings were horrible and lead to a complete overhaul. There’s been a lot of instances where a movie has poor test screenings
Can’t be telling people to just look at it and make a decision, unless their going to be paying for people to go look at it. People aren’t going to be paying for bad product.
Here’s the thing though, the biggest question about the thunderbolts movie is the fact that the asterisk in the title is an obvious hint that the movie and team we are getting is clearly Dark Avengers and not Thunderbolts
@@lamborghinimercy5737 Well the rumor is, the actions of the team (who is supposed to be working covertly) is exposed to the public at the end of the film and in a desperate PR move, they're revealed as the "new avengers" to calm the public and the movie ends.
I still believe the atrocity of taskmaster is ridiculous and infuriating. Enough already and stick to what got you your fans in the first place!!! How freaking hard is that to do?!!!
For Disney and sony, pretty difficult lol remember THEY are literally struggling to make a blade movie, it is literally simple, a half vampire/half human hunts and kills full vampires with blood, gore and violence and they can't even get that started and sony already fucked up Morbuis, so this just tells us that they haven't had a clue on what to do lmao
Oh man don’t even start me off! How do you mess up a mentally unstable Shield Agent with the innate ability to copy things he sees to the T at the expense of his own memories? Make them a mute labotomite chick who’s ability to do said things is a piece of technology akin to Stark’s “analyse fight patterns and make countermeasures go!” type bs. Beyond disappointing AT BEST.
.... and there is absolutely no way that they allow a character like Deadpool to upstage and humiliate this particular version of Taskmaster if it were to come around and that was one of the biggest hurdles for the Taskmaster. Not being able to replicate Deadpool's fighting style. Missed opportunity.
What makes it the MOST INFURIATING is that there's literally a FEMALE TASKMASTER in the comics😐. She's called FINESSE and was even hinted at being Taskmasters DAUGHTER...but nah lets NOT use her and just genderswap the MAIN guy😑🤦♂️
I would normally give Marvel/Disney the benefit of the doubt.... if this was 2011 when I graduated high school and loved their universe they were creating. As a Marvel fan, I can't do that anymore. I hope this is okay but I will wait for reviews before buying a ticket as most should do as well.
Red guardian, bucky/winter soldier, us agent, yelena, a black widow and taskmaster, black widow, what happen to ghost? I heard she was originally going to be part of the team, but it doesn't make sense cause kast I heard from her was that she was temporarily "cured" with her phasing dilemma from ant man 2 and wasp, so idk how she end up being back into the thunderbolts when we hardly spoke of her since.... the team just looks... meh and ugh, doesn't even feel like the thunderbolts to begin with, no zemo, taskmaster isn't even tony masters and the way the comics and cartoons protray them is alot better than how mcu is trying to handle it
The best ideas win? The first Mandarin, nerfed Illuminati, Hulk, and Thor, Secret Invasion, Taskmaster, Modok, Silver Surfer, Mar-vale, etc. .... Sigh.
Buckey needs a Captain America style outfit. He is the 2nd most popular Captain with Falcon being the 3rd popular even though The name has been held by many people after Steve's stuck being frozen alongside Redskull. Steve's ancestor is the first to held the title Captain America in the revolution war
they should make The Sentry a big deal and slowly build to an everyone(AV, FF, X) vs The Sentry/Void mega movie, have him cameo in a bunch of stuff literally becoming the greatest hero before everyones eyes then have him start to slowly change for the worst over time and have him kill or incapacitate a major hero similar to vision and Warmachine but intentional, end that movie on a "hero" killing hero scene then set up the next big team up when the heroes have to fight a friend they dont think they can actually defeat..A Sentry focused phase could be epic but hes probably gonna be a one off generic superman with a quirk like Adam Warlock
Did David Harbour completely forget about Black Widow? Did he forget what an absolute goddamn joke they made him? For fuck's sake, hes a super soldier who got tossed around by fake ass Taskmistress
The fact that Disney and Iger are fighting Ryan Reynolds on Deadpool and Wolverine content, after the movie has already brought in a 1.2 billion box office, is not a good sign.
I think we can all agree on your quality suggestion. There was a bunch of releases no one wanted and it showed. DP and Wolverine took a minimum of 8 years to even be in the conversation and i'm sure it was longer and the shit was a gigantic success when it landed cuz they did it right. We waited years for quality, we don't want multiple pieces of shit every few months.
lol at David saying we should just watch the movie....yeah cuz at that point whether we like it or hate it you have our money. It's a win-win for Marvel and you at that point.
@@timboslice9905 I think Falcon and Captain Marvel is supposed to be there. What's insane is how Captain Marvel, Spider-Man and Black panther was supposed to replace Iron Man, Captain America and Thor.
@@SavantPete I mean, it maybe could have worked with T’Challa and Peter. Carol might have even turned out better later on. But now? It’s hard to imagine.
@dallasvsworld Considering his place in the Marvel universe as the guy who trains everyone, you'd think they'd respect a character with such a big footprint in the MCU. Tasky is a much bigger character than I think they understand. I mean, look what they turned him into.
When it comes to Agatha, they made it before Acolyte. Before Deadpool and Wolverine showed Disney what we want. They have to put it out on principle. To just get some money back.
09:57 You're most likely right. Based on the elevator picture and other posters where she's in front, Black Widow' sister was probably their leader at first.
I’m hopeful Bucky is the leader, he’s a world war 2 vet with the most experience especially if you factor in his winter soldier days. Honestly it should be obvious he would be the leader, shocking (kind of not) that probably wasn’t the original plan
“Disney employees think it’s pretty good”. Ohh so a company says their own product is good? Got it 😂 very insightful information from a credible source. Love your reactions and opinions Tyrone!
Like u stated quality over quantity if they do it right they’ll get both right , no bad stuff injected ! That’s all we ask , do it right and the $ will come in and make the fans proud
It is absolutely vital that we stop paying people who don’t like us for products that insult us. The idea of buying a ticket on faith, or to give the movie a fair shake, is utterly absurd at this point. Marvel gets absolutely no benefit of the doubt, and I won’t pay for a movie that I have no confidence in. If it comes out great, I think we will hear about it. In the meantime I trust a few RU-vidrs to be honest about it.
I feel like kevin dose let the best idea win, BUTTTTT Because of the quantity over quality mindset that the CEO of disney for that 3-4 year period (Bob Chapek) Every project suffered due to fewer ideas being produced for each film or show. Because of the mandatory deadlines set for each project to come out as soon as possible, they had less time to actually come up with great ideas for the shows/films, forcing them to run with half baked ideas that weren't fully developed, ending up with only like 4-5 good to great projects in that time (GotG3, WandaVision and Loki for example) with most of them being just mediocre, and also leading to something as god awful as Secret Invasion Ep5 - 6 even happening
The problem Disney and Marvel forgot was there supposed to be making movies for the fans not themselves. They just get a big fat check when its over and we lose money cause If you have a family and want to take them to a movie. For me its roughly 60 to 70 bucks with tickets and concessions. I see families drop 200 bucks on concessions cause they have multiple kids plus wife and husband. I work at a theater. Its ridiculous. And they get mad when they get pissed when we say there movie sucked. We took a hit not them.
There's articles and blogs are saying that The avengers secret wars is the end of the multiverse saga. And it will have another big pause between the year to focus on the X Men and the mutant saga and whoever is left of the avengers. So around 2027-2030 and up will be strange weird of an event of a time to see what's coming after the multiverse saga.
Honesty so far Agatha isn't bad so far but look at what it has to follow... 1st Wandavision which is arguably the best release since Endgame... but also Deadpool and Wolverine which has everyone with super high expectations again
Due to the amount of dissatisfaction and attitude these entertainment outlets had towards consumers that didn't like or was mislead by these products. I choose to give them all a 30 day wait period before buying anything. I refuse to support companies that attack fans and call them toxic for having opinions. Disney can't be trusted.
I'm on the fence about Disney sending invites to people in this company to view the movie. If they aren't really fans of marvel movies and they think the movie is good, it's not necessarily going to mean the movie is going to win over marvel fans which really, that's who Disney should be trying to please. Disney, give them what they want and stop trying to please the minority.
Wait, they can't stop the Green Hulk, let alone the Red Hulk. They will simply burn up. Red Hulk is way too OP to be in this movie. They would have to RetCon Red Hulk.
The only thing to trigger my dead soul would be ( this might be crazy) some Steve Roger's captian america throwing down shields with red guardian task master and u.s. agent.... thunderbolts looks like an amazing captian america film.. what will make this not suck Steve Roger's for the first time on film mixing shields
Marvel phase 1 to 3 was gold because of Ike Perlmutter, Feige have nothing to do with it. Only after Ike Perlmutter was gone and Feige took over the reign, Marvel became MsheU and everything went down the drain. So, I will be very sceptical about this movie with Feige in charge! Can't teach an old dog new trick! 😂
Literally the only two genuinely great characters this movie has are Bucky and John Walker. The rest are pure, corporate-mandated filler with some good actors attached to them.
If they do the thunderbolts they need to do it with the red hulk and Deadpool, Electra and the punisher, agent venom. They all have there red outfits cool team.
I’m surprised they included Bucky considering Sebastian Stan is staring as Trump during the 1970’s in the movie The Apprentice . Much luv Tyrone, be well!
Don't take my word as fact for this, but I remember hearing before that Yelena was originally gonna be the leader of the Thunderbolts, and the asterisk was meant to mean that the team would be named after Yelena's old football team when she was a kid, or smth like that. I hope I didn't get this information from some untrustworthy source on twitter that blurts out any random daily marvel bs rumours. However, what I can say as fact is that Kevin Feige talked about the asterisk in the logo at D23 this year - notably saying that Thunderbolt Ross will not be appearing in the movie, even though the title of the movie is named after him. Feige explained that in the vast Marvel Comics with many many many stories, there are some occassions where there might be several different teams called The Thunderbolts, each of them being completely different, and all they happen to share is the same name by sheer coincidence. So based on what Feige said, I was starting to believe the "Yelena Leader" rumour more, and it could be easily highly likely that that's what Marvel's plan was for this team and the movie. So, Bucky suddenly being rumoured/confirmed to now be the lead of the team, and the movie, all of a sudden definitely sounds like something they changed on the fly. Despite it's lackluster characters, I'm always excited to see a Marvel movie (yes, even after what has happened the last 3 years) and I'm interested in seeing how Sentry will play into all this, especially since he feels like such a powerful superhero character compared to the rest of these gritty, street-level characters who barely meet the standards of being "super". The closest character in the team we have to an actual superhero with cool abilities is Ghost, then we got the Red Guardian and U.S. Agent (New Cap) who just have the super soldier serum, and all that's left is Yelena and Taskmaster.. and all the abilities they have is just acrobatics and gadgets pretty much.. I think it would've been cooler if we got a few more super people to even out the team such as Red Hulk and Abomination. Anyways, I'm thinking that maybe Bucky would be the lead for the first and second act of the film, while the final act would focus more on Sentry and hopefully his alter-ego, The Void.
It reminds me of that lost in space movie from 1998, compared to the original tv show. Also they put the woman front and center... she going to be the main character instead of the whole team?
