First Time at Tokyo Disney Sea!

This was our first time at Tokyo Disney Sea! The day started off rainy, but then was wonderful! We did so much in one day, but we went back 2 or 3 times, so stay tuned for more vlogs! What do you think of the park so far?

Growing up a little bit in Japan and buying all the Disney Merch, I'm almost positive the headbands you guys have on are for when you put on beauty products, etc. on your face. But who cares, I love it :)

Maybe! A lot of Japanese people were wearing them in the parks, though. I'm sure they come in handy when it's cold - like lil earmuffs!

Totally feel you on the ride anxiety. I usually youtube any new rides I'm not sure of before I get on! haha I just can't do big drops. Also, NEED to try that potato churro once in my life

I sort of remember reading that the Tokyo crystal skull ride came out way before the movie rather than being based on it. Indy in Japanese is hilarious to me. Being pregnant, I won't be riding as much this trip but it will be the first time there for my husband. Journey is closed when we are there though :(

Totally relate to the anamatronic fear 🙋 the ones on splash mountain that used to be in America Sings creep me out so hard, they have seen death 😬 I just get the weirst vibe from them

Would you say that what they do w language is the same as in Paris? Like how during Disney Dreams Peter spoke in English, and Wendy repeated the same thing in french so that it seemed like a convo?

I wanna go to Tokyo Disney so badly. I love your vlogs and just being able to see disney parks i'm not able to go to, I am on the east coast so if i get the chance to go it's usually world. I totally understand your fear of animatronics cause same, the more human they are the more i'm just like nope. my friends and family think i'm ridiculous and don't understand why they freak me out. Like put me on the wildest roller coaster i'm fine but you couldn't pay me to go into the hall of presidents.

They sell mochi at Lucky's Market where I live here in South Florida... and I have NEVER tried it... if I were to go try some and buy some for my very first time which flavor would you recommend?!! Also if they have any fruity flavors are they similar to the taste of regular fruit flavored ice creams?!

The only time I'm kinda scared around animatronics is the ship scene from Pirates. It's so open, we're so close to the water, and thinking about all the mechanics under the water makes me uncomfortable for some reason! - Loving your Tokyo videos!

N E. Pirates freaks me out bc they’re all humans, but usually they’re far enough away that I’m chill. It’s the Storybook rides like Peter that are terrible for me.

So even the human animatronics that are basically all fiberglass (including their clothes and hair) and have really limited movements scare you too? No shame! Just curious. - "Stitch's Great Escape" and "Tough to Be A Bug" terrify me. I don't like attractions that try and trick you into feeling like something is there when it isn't!

Yeah even the doll like ones in Fantasyland are a lot for me because you get SO close to them. Animals are hard for me too. The only things that aren't bad for me are very small ones (like tiki room) or things that aren't real organisms (like Navi in Pandora or something).

How much does this kind of trip cost for two people! I keep hearing this is the best park outside of the US, so we want to go!

Disney Darlings I just bought 4 single day adult passes (we want to not do consecutive days - their tickets are different) for 261 USD. 2 days at cali are like 420 for 2 adults in comparison. The park itself is not that expensive.

Kait's Toys and Collectibles yes I have looked up ticket prices they are cheaper but mercy seems to be the same price as disneyland and food! But was wonder if hotel on property were cheaper and airfare! Like how much was the total package though! Just ball park

My flight was about 700, but you can find cheaper if youre flexible on dates. Our hotel was $130 a night and it was not Disney property, but extremely close to the parks. The Disney hotels there are very expensive, but I am not 100% sure on pricing.

Sarah Sterling thanks! It been awesome seeing your videos and the Trackers too in Tokyo Disney all week! Looks like they had the opposite experience as you guys on the rides! Like which ones were closed compared to your trip! Been a great week of videos! Oh one last question how do I submit a pic of my kid on the blue wall Instagram account since I believe you run that one! I hope the answer involves me not hash tagging, I refuse to do it if you follow me on there lol

How crowded does Disney Sea get? Are lines as bad as Disneyland in CA?

I'm not sure! We were there during a very slow time of year. But the biggest rides still had over an hour wait in the middle of the day.

Just avoid to go there during the first week of may, July, August, Halloween, Christmas holidays and the first week of jan! Also late March! Expect those times, it’s basically not so crowded

I would say Japanese people are crazy about standing in lines, they’re more motivated to actually wait (it’s kinda part of their culture, I believe, not just in theme park) so the lines during weekends or holiday seasons are much longer than in the other park in the world, at least from my experience.
