In today's video, I am sharing with you my Philippine Airlines Melbourne to Manila Business Class flight. I'll be connecting via Manila and then to Tokyo.
A day before my flight I got an email that my flight will be reschedulled. It was stressful arranging a new flight with the airlines but I managed to settle and push through with the new flight.

Lovely report, you have a wonderful presentation style about you😊 As someone who flies J and F class all the time, your report reminds me how easily we can forget and your words inspire and are so true as to not to forget how lucky we are. Hopefully next time if you reschedule a flight, provide the reason why. Also, in the boarding gate if there is delay, hope you announce it. It's kinda rude leaving all the passengers hanging and no idea what;s going on.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I fly PR119 every year from YYZ to MNL AND THEN PR118 back. I only had one long delay when Typhoon Ruby was crossing Pinas so that is understandable.

Your actually lucky to have that A330 aircraft and seating. 3 weeks ago i travelled back to Melbourne on PR209 up the front. There was no IFE screens at all. Nothing. The seats were different. However, the crew and service was amazing.

Yeah i was in economy going back to Melb, it was dreadful! But yes the crew was amazing though.

PAL has to use those outdated 363 seater a330s unfortunately. They need to fill the demand to the middle east and this is how they can do this. I woukd expect them to start retrofitting the remaining A330s once the A350-1000s come in 2025. Good thing that PAL primarily uses the 309 Seater A330 to Australia and Honolulu

Still 2 months from flying but business class booking so far, 2 cancellations and 3 changes to flights and seats... Probably never again!... More importantly incompetent customer service taking around 6 hours to rebook seats together and flights joining in the same day...😡
