Yeah this is their whole thing and they’ve got so many good ones. I found these guys only last year via their Instagram shorts and immediately fell in love with Jake and the band. Their songs can hit hard but some can be very uplifting and full of hope, telling their fans that the band is there for us to help people through their mental struggles. One of my favourites is ' Anyone but me' which looks at how body image can be a blight on people's lives. Subbed to you straight away. Keep these Citizen Soldier reactions coming.

It's like having someone peek into my (and many others') brain. Meds are helpful, but not the whole answer. I'm on 3 and I still wake up some days and everything (I mean everything) sounds so exhausting. ASK always - Acknowledge, support, and keep in touch. Check on your friends!
