In lit mv, general Xiang Yu (the person who got killed in the beginning of the mv, and the one in Peking opera costume) who is a very famous war hero 3333 years ago, is the past life and Lay in modern clothes is the present life. Dragon is the spirit and soul, and the lotus flower and witch help pass along the spirit. Another meaning of Lotus flower is the symbol of growth and purity because it grows and blossoms out of mud. Some people also use it to describe someone who is pure and innocent in appearance but maybe opposite inside.
