Culver's is actually a Midwest chain not southern. As a Wisconsinite, I'm excited by how much you loved it. Butter burgers are the absolute best! Good fish because we have amazing fish fries up here. 😂
Just to clarify for anyone who is confused by "fish fries": this doesn't have to do with french fries that somehow have fish in them; it's in reference to the Friday evening tradition of going out to a "fish fry," i.e., having fried fish at a restaurant. Many, many restaurants have specials on their fried fish on Friday, oftentimes all you can eat. Sides of french fries and cole slaw are commonly included and may also be all you can eat.
Facts…I traveled through the Midwest during my military days-I was very impressed with Culver’s…that custard slaps, I didn’t have the fish sandwich back then, guess I have to go back and try it out!!
@@brandonbell5357 Don't be dense, of course it's fast food. They have a drive-thru and counter and almost always get orders out in around 5 minutes. It's much better quality than most other fast food places, but it's still fast food.
My first Culvers burger was in 2011 in Minneapolis.. i was addicted. So buttery and yummy.. Thats all I wanted every time I went there.. Hopefully they branch to Toronto.
Culvers in Toronto... good idea. Must say that when my wife and I visited Toronto and Montreal that we were amazed at how clean those cities are...no trash about...spotless
Culver's batters and frys their fish to order. Burgers are fresh, never frozen. Top quality for a quick food chain. My first job was at one of the original first few Culver's back in 1998.
Can't go wrong with anything on Culvers menu! My favorite though is 2 pc Cod Dinner with extra tartar sauce, plus onion rings and cheesecurds. Unlike other fast food places Culvers makes everything to order. That is why it is so fresh. Nothing is cooked ahead. Takes longer but oh so worth it.
Well.. tbh JL. The Culver's WALLEYE is the BEST fast food fish sandwich in the game. Their cod is good for sure. But the Walleye is only out for a limited time and it's the bomb. I think I've done 3 reviews on it so far on the channel. Lol
Maybe you should’ve squeezed some lemon onto the fish or asked if they had some vinegar to put on the fish to give it some extra flavor, but it’s true that fish sandwiches always need just the right amount of tarter sauce on it to be a really good fish sandwich.
I Travel w/Tony's cajun season, onion powder, himalaya salt, B.B.Q. sauce & soy sauce depending on the cuisine /restaurant!! I actually prefer Culver over most w/the same menu items!!!!
Culver's is the best out of all franchise burger joints. Ive been all over the world and tried all of the famous burger franchise restaurants. Believe me until you go if you haven't, Culver's menu is damn near flawless.
I eat the Cod dinner like two x a week. I get that shit extra crispy and it's so good. Culvers hand batters the fish fresh, arbys is just frozen patties no way it beats culvers.
As a Minnesotan, it’s Videos like this that makes me realize how much I take it for granted. Our family loves it, don’t get me wrong. But when I yearn for in and out from when I lived in NorCal I need to remind myself that Culver’s is amazing. And the staff at every Culver’s is top notch. So friendly.

Personally, I think we tend to crave places that aren’t as readily available for some reason. lol. Like, there’s a place called Chicken Salad Chick and for forever I wished we had one, found out we were getting one and I stalked the progress - it opens up and I go twice and it’s been almost a year and haven’t gone back. Lmfao.
We eat at Culvers at least once a month. Love it...burgers, salads, cheese curds, cod dinner with potatoes and broccoli. And their custard! It's a step above fast food with staff that goes the step beyond to walk around and make sure everyone has what they need while eating.
As a Wisconsinite I can confirm. This is hands down the best burger spot EVER nothing compares to the prices and quality. I go here every other weekend
The first time I had Culver's I was blown away by how piping hot the fries and the burger came out. The best fast food experience ever. Pound for pound, Culver is the best; over In N Out and Shake Shack.

As someone who’s lived most of their life in Wisconsin all you have to say is Culver’s and I’m there! (BTW Culver’s started in Wisconsin and every town has one!)

We have a Culver's out west in northern Colorado and it's great. Best, freshest "fast food" burger in town. And the fried shrimp is sneaky good. I have to try the fried fish sandwich next time.

Culver’s is amazing. Upper Midwest chain and you can find them anywhere a ton of midwesterners migrated to like Florida and Arizona. The frozen custard is one of a kind.

I have Arby's around the corner. I would drive 10 minutes to go to Culver's instead. Jamocha shake is banging, however, everything is on hit at Culver's. The only problem you have is how much can you eat!

Love crinkle cut fries. Been eating them since my teens. Over the years they came out with shoestring fries, but crinkle cut is my favorite. Culvers looks good gotta try them out!
It’s nice when you’re on a road trip and you see a Culver’s sign. Food is good and service is always quick. It’s always a quick nice stop for my family when we go on trips. Also, kids get free ice cream with a kids meal all day.
One of the very few fast food joints I'll eat at. Butter burgers are the bomb, fries are solid, and that frozen custard [ice cream], delightful. Not sure if this is a more regional thing since Culver's has expanded quite a bit these past 10-15 years, but once a year they also do a fish fry for, maybe, Good Friday, I forget exactly when. That too is excellent, though, I prefer my fish broiled, not fried.
Never had Culver’s before. In Cali in a city of El Cerritos there is a lil burger spot called Red Onion. They have good burgers with red onion on them. Also great milkshakes the pineapple 🍍 shakes are my favorite 😊
Im not american but im in the us everyday from canada for longhaul. Its possibly the most underrated fast food john out there. Ive had it all. They deserve to be up there
They do have the best fish sandwich and it is fresh fish hand dipped every time you order it. Same thing with the hamburger fresh hamburger patties smashed when you order it, of all the fast food chains, you won't get any fresher ingredients than Culver's. And always ask for extra tartar sauce on your fish sandwich.

I was in Florida a couple of months ago visiting my family. I visited Culver’s and tried their hamburger combo with fries and a vanilla shake. I was very well pleased, can’t wait to go back. Kenosha Wisconsin boy here, we love Culvers here. Had one 3 blocks from my MS and HS and would ditch and go there or go right after school and just chill, then we would walk back to the block like 20 deep. Those were the easy and good days man.

Culver's is here in St. Charles, Missouri. Their food is delicious, try their pork tenderloin sandwich 😩😩😩❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥 I get mustard, onions, pickles and hot sauce on mine.

Their onion rings are AMAZING! I love their pot roast dinner too; it's not fatty at all, but still very tender. I think their chili is so much better than Wendy's. Yep, I said it. Honestly, I haven't had a bad meal there. Consistently good!
I'm a beef farmer from Wisconsin. Wisconsin is the home of Culver's and pride themselves on always fresh Midwest beef never frozen. They actually said thank you to the farmers on their cups for a long time. You should try the Rubin or the fish dinner

We have had a Culver's in Greer, S.C. for several years now and my first visit was just last week, and I could KICK myself for waiting so long to stop in... ! So long Arby's, Wendy's, BK, McD's, Popeye's and all of the other fast food spots I pass on my way back to Culver's ! This is definitely my new 'go to' for any craving on the run... they got it right the first time and I'm all in with these guys !! Before Culver's opened in the Chicagoland area in 2005, my ex-wife and I would drive 50 miles north(Wisconsin) to get Culvers. Enjoy! Come to Chicago bro
