Hey quang im Italian both my parents are from italy youd love our cooking. My mom was an excellant cook. We cooked peasant food i do too. My parents are gone now very sad. Id ask them where did they want to go to eat Chinese was their fav. They would of enjoyed your cooking cause i sure do. Good luck quang and God bless you!!!

As an Italian who’s had authentic Italian foods, the pizzas looked legit! Awesome stuff, and actually that arugula and prosciutto pizza is super popular with the Italian community, I for one love it but had a feeling you wouldn’t be too fond of it.

All those pizzas look wonderful, love the look of the margearita pizza 😍 that tomato sauce in the jar is called Campania and I’ve never heard of that but Campania means farm so I’d say they’re probably farm grown no pesticide and sun ripened tomatoes.

Tony's Pizza Palace on the north side has closer to new york style pies. go check them out they are probably the best pizza in Edmonton! Neapolitan style pizza's have a softer crust with more "flop" than a thin sliced New York style.

Quang, so this whole time I sometimes hear u say :so pumped for this" but I am watching this in 2022. I thought u were saying superfluous (meaning more than enough) which makes sense too with how you cook lol anyway just needed you to know that. Quang i make homemade sauce all the time. Goto Costco's and buy their large can of tomatoes from "NINA". Tomatoes are from San Marzano Italy! Best tomatoes!!! They come whole so just crush them with hands or put in blender. Use all the juice in the can! Makes an awesome sauce!!!
