This was a live performance - but the entire audience was online. So they reached this level of energy with no actual audience except the lucky 100 or so people who were on the screens that you can see on the ground in the middle of the infinity circles - those people were basically in a Zoom conference with BTS. There were an additional 1.3 (-ish) million of us watching from home. It was during COVID - June 2021.

The first guy who came out was Jimin not Suga, Suga was d one on the last part sitting then came down after Jhope. Suga let them rap his verses except the last. The new live performance by Suga was in his latest AgustD concert in New York & New Jersey as in a day ago.

Thanks. This is ot7 (all bts members) version Daechwita they did for Festa Sowoozoo (annual bts n army fan meeting/ muster). First one to rap with traditional Korean hat was Jimin not Suga as you thought :) Jimin raps here n in Sowoozoo 0t7 chicken noodle soup (he raps in Spanish too). Suga has been coaxing him to rap for ages so he made Jimin rap in Tony Montana for one of their festa.

okay the reason this version of idol sounds different is because this arrangement has the traditional Korean instruments added to it that were there in the song's teaser & certain other stage performances, that aren't in the studio version. this is the version they performed to in MMA 2018 . Since traditional korean instruments are also in Daechwita, that's why they bth felt similar in that respect.

Jimin was the one who rapped first in Daechwita.. Jungkook is the sub rapper and one of the members is cant perform be it from the rap line or vocal line he does their part.. just like in 2020 year end event for hybe Suga couldn't perform because he was still recovering from his surgery so Jk did his part.. if you want to the vocal line rapping you can also see Ddaeng live with OT7.
