Tower hill spent all my working years there, you showed all hallows by the Tower Church I worked in the buildin that was there before the glass monstrosity, I Love my Home Cityxxx

That church at 4:55 is 800 years old, though some say it has Roman parts (about 2,000 years old), cobbled from ruins 1,350 years ago.

Google Sky Garden its a free viewing arena set on top of the Sky Garden. Have to book two weeks prior but its amazing

I don't know if you are Methodist's, but you could have visited Wesley's chapel in city rd , a short walk from the Eagle pub ( " pop goes the weasel "). The house Wesley lived in is next door. Are you planning to visit the Washington family home in Washington , Tyne & Wear , while you are there ?, it's a museum . You could go to the village of Althorp , to the village church , George Washington's heart is buried in the church. Althorp estate is next to the village where Princess Diana is buried . The Washington and Spencer families are related.

It's good to see that you're walking OK again. ow was London? I would imagine that, after settling into the countryside, it was a bit overwhelming. My hometown has way over 300,000 people and I'm always freaked out by London and its hordes of people everywhere, all the time. I hope that you're managing to cope with our short, dark days in the run-up to Christmas. Still, when we get into January things will slowly start to improve. Good luck...……..the ancient Englishman.

She’s wearing the brace but definitely getting around better now. London was an incredible town and we noticed the difference with much more activity and people - already can’t wait to go back again. It is wild the sun is setting so early, but the Christmas markets at night make it enjoyable! Thanks for watching!

Next time you go, don't miss a trip to Sky Garden. It's a the top of the building called locally "the Walkie Talkie". It's free to visit but you must book online in advance. It has the most amazing views of central London on a clear day.

The coolest think you said was the hotel had electric lights. Are you sure it wasn't a cave you booked into. Becaus I'm sure all hotels have electric lights. And if your lucky. Hot water. But you have to request the hot water because they have to boil it on the fire. Then two maidens bring it up to your room in buckets round there neck. And dont quote me on this. But the is a back ally in deepest London. That I was told some one as invented a round thing. Called a wheel. Ha modern technology today. What next Windows...lol

Right, little different for us though because we are on military orders and fall under the SOFA. Definitely doesn’t hurt to bring it along though.

@@KP4 yeah was just commenting on the comment of ", if you come from the US bring your passport", in the UK, if you're not s Brit, you HAVE TO by law, present a passport or proof of leave to stay 6o legally rent, buy property, get a job, access healthcare etc etc. Military orders are slightly different, obviously the same is true for UK personel stateside. 🇬🇧🇺🇲

Just so you know those guys selling those nuts are illegal vendors. They don't have licences to sell and never stay in one spot. For your health, I wouldn't eat their food.
