Thank you for another reaction to Angelina. In my opinion, she is the best singer in the world, and there are thousands of others who would agree with me. Every moment you spend featuring her on your channel will being you great emotional satisfaction. There are so many things I get from this performance. Some I recognised immediately and those I missed were brought to my attention by the more observant Angelina fans (her Angels) and I thank them for letting me know what I had missed. (1) The realisation that at the age of 10 Angelina has shed all childishness from her voice. (2) A feeling that the placement of the spotlight at the beginning of her performance was deliberate. If it was, then, to my mind, it was a brilliant move. (3) The fact that Angelina arranged this song and that the band kept out of the way and let her voice be the focus. (4) The incredible low note she sang for the word "good" at the beginning and end of the performance. (5) That wonderful crescendo at the end. (6) The was Angelina used her left arm and hand throughout the performance (7) The way she changed the microphone from her right hand to left hand, so that she could flip her hair back with her right hand. (8) The cheeky smile she gave to the cameraman when she realised he had focused on her at about 3.52 in your reaction video. (9) The sideways look and grin she gives to her instrumentalists just after she curtsies to the audience -- as if to say, "Yeah, we killed it, guys! Now let's go get some ice cream!" (10) The almost instantaneous switch from "performance" mode to that of a young child who,curseyed and gave a sweet smile to the audience as an acknowledgement of their applause. Others have commented that the performance by Nina Simone should be considered the "gold" standard for this song. Until recently, I had never watched her performance, but have now done so. They just cannot be compared, for Angelina's arrangement is totally different
About a 10 piece adult orchestra and this little 10 year old dominates the stage. She is simply amazing. She actually said singing to her is like breathing.
Nina Simone's rendition is considered by most to be 'The Gold Standard' for this song. That said, this 10 year old is presenting here what has to be considered 'The Platinum Standard' for the song, both vocally and via her arrangement given to this spectacular orchestra.

You said that Angelina has the perfect voice for this song. Isn’t it amazing that she happens to have the perfect voice for so many different songs in different genres? Listening to older Angelina will not disappoint you, of course, but in my opinion Angelina today is not a better singer, but a different singer than young Angelina. Ten year old Angelina singing Feelin Good is perfection for her age, as are so many other songs when she was so young. I go back and forth between her younger performances and her more recent ones. I honestly don’t prefer one over the other. She was the best child singer ever-and now she’s the best singer I’ve ever heard.
I don't know when or where, but know that it's been reported that she has stated that when she is on stage singing, she never wants to leave. Besides having that gorgeous voice, she really, really loves what she does. And God knows, so do we.

Here, you are non saying the best she'll ever do, nor not even the best she's ever done as a preteen. Not even as a ten year old, but as one of her top five at that age. Mindboggling when you consider that. And what's really amazing is that no one who has followed Angelina would disagree with your statement.
Great reaction. It is only by watching her back catalogue that you can really appreciate the breadth of her talent. That is because unlike someone say like Ariana Grande who wants to show every skill every time. Angelina uses her skills only to serve the song. She never over embroiders. It's always tasteful. It's not about ego ever. It's always about the music. When reactors say she cannot belt or has a delicate voice with limited range... it makes me point out the evidence.

Amy Winehouse... Yes, lots of people are comparing Angelina with her and other top singers from the past. But to me she has her own unique "Angelina" stile and I hope she will stick to that in order to create her own genre. This girl is very involved in the arrangements of almost every song she sings since she was 7-8 years old to make it "Angelina proof" (probably the best arrangement she has made so far is a masterpiece: "Bohemian Rapsody"). This young lady just has music in her blood: she is born with it. Has she learned her skills at such a young age? No, I don't believe that: I think it is just natural for Angelina to do it (that's why it is so utterly beautiful to hear it), and no one had to explain it to her how to get the sounds she wanted out of her mouth. We all have the privilege to enjoy it. Absolutely, LT, check out her newer stuff. The entire EP is amazing. At some point you will also want to go back and experience what she could do when she was young. At age 10 alone there are about 10 covers of iconic songs, by the greats of different genres that she just nails. AJ, at any age, is a joy to experience.

Imagine a ten year old child in front of a live audience , TV audience and a seasoned group of musicians and delivering a polished professional performance for the ages ! The nuances, inflections ,dynamic intonation, phrasing and timing needed to sing this song are so difficult to produce ! Angelina does it with such ease it's uncanny ! So fearless,confident, sincere and passionate about her craft ! This is quite unbelievable to witness ! Besides her amazing voice, her stage presence at age 10 singing in front of an orchestra to a large audience is like that of a seasoned pro. But - in order to better understand her musical roots & early influencers, I highly recommend going back when she was even younger to her Norways Got Talent audition singing the Billie Holiday classic Gloomy Sunday - at age7. Please be sure to select a video clip with English subtitles - because even though Angelina is singing in English, the narrator & judges are speaking Norwegian. Thank you. I saw videos of different rehearsals, where this slip of a girl asks/commandeers in a kind and friendly matter, grown men and women to do it like she suggests. In every single case SHE was right. This is world class at any but simply shouldn’t be possible for a 10 year old. Angelina has taken full control of so many types and styles of music that it is impossible to find a Bad performance. I have many favorite songs as well, but even some of the songs that I never took much notice of, when Angelina puts her touch and voice to them I wind up enjoying them very much.
