It was so nice watching this with you. I loved it. I'm Dutch and here in The Netherlands it was a big hit. The first time I heard it I was surpriced that (I think) dad has a better voice than his son.

I'm so proud to say he's from my hometown. I love your reactions on the Dutch artist, Davina Michelle and now Alain Clark. A lot of American start to discover Dutch artists (Dutch is from the Netherlands 😉)

Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Suriname, and more are (where) part of the Netherlands. So yes, they are Dutch. Black people where probably the first to come here. Sadly, slavery has to do with that.

Too true about not enough music like this in the USA. Last “mainstream” was probably Will Smith’s remake of “Just the Two of Us”. Other than that, you may hear some in Country or other genres, but mainstream is more like “product plugging” or marketing formulas. Thanks for taking us back with this one 💕
