FINALLY SOME ANYA LOVE she flies under the radar quite often, so im happy to see her here Many hololive girls covered this song, and they all put their own flavor into their cover. But i believe anya's voice was made for this song. she made this song her own. Suisei's cover is probably the most watched. But another one who really made Phony their own song is Yukihana Lamy, from hololive gen 5
Finally time for Anya, our cute sassy cutlery ! If you're comparing her to her other gen-mates which are chaotic (hi Ollie!), sure she is quieter and more reserved, but no one beats her when it comes to mercilessness (in lore she's supposed to be an Indonesian traditional dagger called Keris or Kris. So everything in her is sharp, especially her tongue). Anya's fluency in Japanese is so good, to the point that it became a running joke whenever she does collabs with others members (especially the JP ones) Just like many of the girls, she was very unconfident with her voice at start and then she just completely blows it out of the water with her first cover. She doesn't have an extensive catalogue of songs, which often makes her fly under the radar. But whenever she sings, it's an absolute treat. This song in particular was hard for her since she had usually a much more lower register but she did a amazing job with it. She’s such a great talent who is unfortunately often overlooked! One of the hidden gems in Hololive, in my opinion! Side note: There are quite a few Hololive members who have covered this song, and I hope you'll take the time to watch them too (if any, check at least Lamy's version, an other underrated talent). Even if it's the same song, each singer have their take on it, the nuance, the emotion, the talent, and the skill difference always make their songs feel different.

Oh boy Anya one who does her own thing the most and doesn't follow the trends with a lot that she does (like play the popular games like minecraft) she is still very enjoyable as she has a lot of sass and also can take it just as well. One of the more laid back members usually the voice of reason in a lot of the crazyiness ( with genmates like Ollie and Reine you need someone to balance it out.) She does get confused for a JP member at times as her japanese is close to native level. Yeah Holopro knows how to pick the members out very well. All the branches, the boys and the girls, are really good at what they do. It was a slow start, but they really have done well on the talent picking.

Tbh this has been recommended for a while and I'm down for it. Also *HoloID* is absolutely underrated, I usually listen to *Calli, Suisei, Polka* and *Towa* when it comes to music from Hololive JP & EN, but ID has *Moona, Risu, Reine, Kobo,* even the whole member have made a cover song together, that's nuts. You should give these 2 cover songs a try to see what I'm saying. They're called "Indonesian's Folk song medley" & "Bebas" ft. HoloID Gen 1, 2, & 3
Anya crushed this cover, her singing is just amazing. Unfortunately she doesn't have a solo original yet, but I hope it comes soon. Phony was covered by a lot of members within HoloPro, and all of them are great, my favorite has to be Lamy's cover, just love her voice there. Now that you've technically reacted to all ID 2nd Gen members, please finish 1st Gen with Iofi, either her original song Q&A=E | kyawaii or her cover or Kagome. As for Reine, as you've only checked her out in duet songs, her original Love Me Love Me is an absolute banger.

Any is an awesome singer and a underrated one You should check a cover of QUEEN, in my honest opinion Polka did the best cover of that one because she hit so good times and range with her voice, absolutely incredibly
You should check out Ina’s cover of Nai Nai, and HoloPro’s cover of Bad End Night! I’ve been looping them nonstop alongside Psycho these days, such bangers!
Anya is both cool and cute and her voice is so good and addictive that it makes you want to listen to her more 💛 She has several very good covers and one of them is her small but very good participation in Bad End Night, so... 👀👍
The fact that I used to listen to this song all the time and up until now I had forgotten it beneath the rest of the amazing Hololive songs out there is truly a testament to how insane these girls are. Definitely, if not the best one it's among them of Phony covers, I love Anya's voice and the way she sings it, such a vibe. A shame I don't see many of her songs or covers out there
Holo ID I feel is the more overlooked branch of Hololive in general, compared to Holo JP and Holo EN, but they are, absolutely, 100% as amazing and talented and potentially even more hard-working than the other branches. They all kick ass! Now you need to check out Iofi's 3D version of one of her songs! It's a very special performance.

There are a bunch of girls that did covers of phony but Anya is def my personal favorite. Another Anya cover you really need to check out is her Gira Gira cover. She kills that one too. Also check out Matsuri when you get a chance. She's up there with the best of the best.
Hey Luke, and I guess community. I have a question. What is the best way to make a recommendation? A list of songs or a single song? I feel like lists tend to get more "likes" and therfore gets seen for often, but it lacks a clear direction and could take a long time tonget to any of the songs. Where as a single recommendation is targeted but often gets buried
Anya's covers may not that went that popular like some other members, I like her voice and she is doing great with each single sing. However she definitely feels like has really foresighted song of choice, which the fact that both Phony and Marshall Maximizer are pretty much went viru'ed after Suichan pick it up a year after shows something.

Oh man, Anya doing a RWBY cover is a great idea! Imagine her singing Red Like Roses or This will be the Day! And no, you're not crazy. I think having the added layer of anonymity allows the talents to really open up and be themselves while omitting necessary details, in ways that normal streamers - and people in general - can find difficult. Anya's voice is very nice. It has this beautiful character to it that is very distinct. And I agree, there is no way Hololive doesn't break out into more widespread popularity! They have their goal, they have their means, they have all the incredible talent they need.
Anya's voice is really one of my type of high pitch singing voice and she did it so well here. Anya's covers are so underrated. Her voice is really special & unique in Hololive. Her "Phony" & "Marshall Maximizer" cover are my favorites among all Hololive.
Anya's high pitches are amazing, I wish she was more popular. You (and everyone else who's looking for the perfect Phony cover) should really check out Machita Chima's cover, however.

Anya's cover of this is nice! Yeah, i agree that the song itself is already great so it's up to how the singer would cover it how good it would come out. Please react to more Holostars! There's lots of great singers there, too. You could even listen to their group songs like "Just Follow Stars". If individual holostars (from jp since you've checked some en) though, it'd be Rikka, Izuru, and Astel. Especially Astel although I swear his singing is better heard live. I wish people would hear Astel's cover of "A Million Dreams" (from the Greatest Showman movie) but he could only sing it live due to copyright stuff. He would sing each part using different voices he could do it's amazing!

Top of the world is the debut song of the first batch of holostarsEN and Always Tied is the debut song of the second batch of holostarsEN (where Hakka is from). Both are just. really cute wholesome songs (no clickbait they're actually literally just wholesome). Top of the World is. look you can tell that the OG four needed some vocal lessons but for their first time putting a song out there it was really cute. And then Hakka CARRIED Always Tied like the vanguard boys did some pretty nice vocals but that's only because Hakka made an entire vocal guide for everybody. I say both in one video bc those two batches of boys aren't really considered different gens, they're all "Guild Tempus." Just members of that guild that released about a half year apart. I love the boys very much and seeing your reactions to all of them at once would be cool :) even though lots of them have gotten wayyyy better at singing since those debut songs lol. Suisei's phony cover is also worth a listen to.. among all the covers all the hololive girls do. its the one that is still on top of the list as most viewed cover.
Day 10 of recommending the Beyblade openings. There are the Japanese ones and the English ones. The English version has one opening for a generation, and that for the 1st and 2nd generation. The 3rd gen has one op for one season. But the Japanese version has multiple ops for a season in any gen. You should definitely check both versions out. I made playlists on my channel, so you don't need to search, cause in those compilations are a few off and not in the correct order. Thanks for checking out!
