Epiphany *litterally* saved my life! I was in a *very* dark place at the time and I bawled my eyes out when I heard it. Epiphany and Jin's voice altered my entire perspective on life and made me determined to change a lot of major things for the better. The message of Epiphany made me ARMY and I'm forever grateful for that. I've since seen how it's also empowered people to break free of bad relationships and other toxic situations so Epiphany really is a life changer for a lot of people. It's also very important to the guys themselves and Suga even named it as his favorite BTS song once. 💜

Epiphany saved my life. This song changed everything. I mean that sincerely. I was hoping the version you’d be watching has lyrics. Look them up. Trust me. The first time I heard it I thought it was a pretty song. The first time I heard it with lyrics.. I ugly cried like I hadn’t in years and knew from that moment 1. I’d be a fan forever, 2. I finally understood something about myself that was destroying me inside, something I may not have ever understood on my own. Something I continue to work on every single day since. Truly. I owe this song everything. 💜
I have to tell you, this is pretty much exactly what happened to me. This was one of the first songs I ever heard by them (I somehow got directed to the song when I was first falling down the rabbit hole), and I thought it was beautiful. But then I watched a version that had the lyrics, and I ugly cried, especially at the end when he was just wailing out those notes… it was like it put some pieces of my heart back together that I never knew could be repaired. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it saved my life, but it has definitely been an impetus to making me want to change it for the better.

This song and the whole Love Yourself: Answer album is what made me Army. I have the heart and words Love Yourself as tattoos, and my sister got the word Epiphany at the same time. This song is so powerful and no one could deliver it like Jin 💜

Jin's voice really thrives in pop songs and ballads especially with a rock edge to it! Like fake love... i hope he gets to develop this side even more and take advantage of his high belted notes! I've heard from some Army who saw him perform this song live in person, they were really taken aback by Jin and videos don't make him justice! Apparently it really sends chills down your spin, his voice is one of the most powerful one! I think you were referring to Dimash and yes the guy is in another dimension of ability and control😂😂 But even things put into perspective and knowing the fact that Jin took on singing around 20yo after joining the labe, his voice really shocks all the time and he def deserves all the accolades! Got the notification and my first thought was- oh no he's going to be crying for sure at this one!! Just seconds in and I was right. I love seeing how moved you are by music. Never be afraid to show it! This is one of those songs that really made me fall in love with BTS. The look of sheer amazement on your face - that “what the hell did I just watch” look that we all get when Jin sings. This song has so much depth - the lyrics are so blindingly good. It touches my heart every time. Interesting fact - he couldn’t really play the piano but learned this song so he could play it on stage. He is now learning to play properly. And to think, when they first debuted, Jin got so much hate from people because they said he was lacking as a vocalist! He has worked so hard to get to where he is vocally and all that hard work has paid off. People now are blown away by his skills. Sad he had to get the hate but he is amazing.

I think I've said this before but I actually use to sleep on Jins amazing vocals that was until I heard awake and now his voice is one of my favs from BTS (after jimins) and I just love how emotionally powerful his voice is aswell

It always makes me so happy when I see Jin so successful and happy and getting the recognition he deserves. When I got into BTS 7 years ago, Jin was the least favorite member and it used to make me so sad. I would go to photo card exchanges and everyone wanted to trade their Jin cards. ARMY also used to say he was the worst dancer. The other members had to jump in and stick up for him several times. Because of this, Jin worked harder than anyone to improve all his skills and look at him today. He's just amazing. He was always amazing honestly. I don't know where the negativity came from. I'm so proud of him.
Epiphany is not just a song. It's a emotion. It's my healing song and Jin is my healer. When I first listened to Epiphany I was in depression and suicidal. But with this masterpiece and professional help I got better. At least I'm not suicidal anymore. This song is the one that taught me to love myself and value myself more.
