Totally agree! I listen to BTS because it makes me happy. Even the more hardcore rap och sad songs make me happy. Don’t need no other reason than that. They have a skill for packaging a deeper meaning with a bop. Love maze is a favourite for sure. Thanks!

this song can be seen as a love song between two people but imo i see this song as a promise to bts and armys theres SO many people who claim bts are fake bts lie or people telling us not to trust bts or their label's words media who never researches properly and reports about lies etc. at 1:25 a better translation would be "Although we endlessly run and run along the path, those countless cries of lies can separate us It’s true baby We have to trust only each other" and then later at 4:06 "Let’s not listen to whatever they say Just let’em talk, whatever they say The more they talk, I become more confident Can’t you hear me, you have to trust me Baby just don’t give a damn" and suga and j-hopes entire verses all seem to apply to the real way people try to manipulate armys into going against bts whether its by trying to convince us that theyre lying about anything and everything, or telling us that kpop is this and that with the dark side trying to make bts fit those too when they dont. even right now after bang pd did a interview with CNN people are attacking him for calling out the hypocrisy western media has against bts and korean music in general. he said theres bad sides to the western industry too but theres also good sides but the west paints kpop as all bad. he pays his artists and employees the best out of korean labels AND western labels but people are claiming hes not. theres no evidence of bad things happening at hybe actually hybe is doing their best to stop bad things from happening in kpop which has been bang pds goal since he created bighit he used to work at the big 3 labels and he didnt like how those labels treated their artists and employees so now he has a label where those are top priority which is what any employee would want. idk i just think its so fitting how bts released this song in 2018 when SOOO many lies were going around about them and so many more in 2019 - present day people still keep trying to get armys to turn our backs on them. this is why we warn new armys and reactors about solo stans, antis and mantis (manager antis) these people have connections too media and are involved with other kpop fandoms who try their hardest to make new armys believe lies. bts know this which is why they dont acknowledge solo stans as their fans only people who are armys are their fans whether theyre a group or solo artist.

I can't wait for your J-hope's (with J. Cole) 'On the street' reaction. The song and the music video is really meaningfull (as always with BTS). The song hits different if you know Hobi's roots in dancing and how much he appreciates and admires J. Cole (you haven't heard 'Born singer' and 'Hip hop phile' yet). But what I'm really looking forward is your interpretation of J. Cole's verse. If I got it right this collab is even more epic than I thought.

I love all BTS songs. but I tend to like songs more that have a more equal distribution of the vocal lines and the rapper among the members and giving everyone a chance to showcase their talents. I'm an ARMY, but something I don't like about the group and the only thing I criticize is how some members are left out when it's time to sing and barely sing 5 words.

Funny, I always feel a little bit lighter after watching your reactions! 💜 I got a little heated today watching a reaction from someone in hopes of gazing into how a non-ARMY might interpret a new BTS song. The utter disrespect and bias toward the BTS member was distasteful! This reactor used not understanding the meaning behind the lyrics to dismiss that there were any important meanings at all! All this to say I so appreciate the effort you put into trying to know what these BTS songs are sharing. And then you in turn share what they mean to you. Thanks for calming me down.
