Yes, it is Morgane, his wife. LeAnn Womack wrote the song. I heard this version and cried my eyes out. Thank you. BTW, if you've never heard his acoustic version of "What are you listening to?", he wrote that one, too. He's one of a kind. Unfortunately, that is the way it was cut and it was a rude cut off at that. And if you want to see what SHE can do, watch: "You Are My Sunshine", live. WOW.
Lee Ann didn't write the song but she did record it first and it is her signature song for sure. Gladys Knight also recorded a version of it but Lee Ann's is sort of the gold standard for this song.
I’ve listened to this song multiple times a month for a couple years and it still hits me every time. I’ve cried more to this song then just about anything. Btw if you get a chance to see him in concert I’d highly recommend it. Best concert I’ve ever seen easily.
This is probably going to sound off the wall, but check out Loca the Pug's video which uses Leanne Womack singing this great song. Of course, the video is entitled "I Hope You'll Dance." Loca had cerebellar ataxia, which got him the nickname of "The Pug That Couldn't Run." It's a brain defect, which doesn't allow his feet to coordinate with each other. Loca lived in Ireland and did incredibly popular videos until his death at the age of 8. Sorry if this seems too odd, but I've always loved that video because of this song.

It is the cutest music video I've seen and, while I love Chris, LeAnn's voice is stunning and my understanding is that the girls in the video are her daughters and the inspiration for the song.
