Now on, this song while the words the lyrics of the song from an old George Jones song " Tennessee Whiskey", and if you're not familiar with him he is an old country music singer, so go take a listen to that. And the beat, music, foundation of this song is from an old Etta James song called "I'd rather go blind". Trust me you need to go take a listen to both of those songs. Especially Etta James song, whoo, goooooood old sad R&B love song, but so damn good. So they meshed these two songs together and Chris Stapleton does it beautiful Justice.
