This is one of his first live performances. His wife convinced him to be a performer not just a writer. He suffers from stage fright. He looks at his wife when he performs Tennessee whiskey to help him calm down. Even amazing Chris is human. This performance is my favorite. It’s stripped down and real.

I got to go see Chris and George Strait July 28th and Chris is incredible live it was an amazing experience. My son got me tickets for Mother’s Day and it’s definitely one of the best gifts I’ve ever been given.

This is one of my favorites! It’s actually my ringtone. Someone mentioned in here that this song is so relatable! It absolutely is! Chris really has a talent for writing songs. The best part is that when he sings it, he sings it as if he’s lived it. I love this man!
