I agree with you that this video distracts from Dimash's voice and singing which is why I always hope that first time reactors to this song choose one of the live performances which are all stellar. The music video is worth watching eventually but you are spot on in saying that it is "busy" and distracting from what's most important---Dimash's vocals.
Your reaction didn't play well, a lot of distorted sounds, and jumps! I don't know how to trouble shoot, don't think it's my signal...better luck next time!
