“Vocalise” is not the title of the song, but rather the singing style. The title is “Знай” (Znay). Its translation from Russian to English is “Know” (imperative singular as in “Please do know it, you single person“).
I have heard it called "Ascolta la Voce" which translates as "Listen to the Voice"--a very good description of this piece, because that is what we all do--listen, with our mouths open.
