They don't listen to us bro I've commented so many times requesting some of EM's shit of the slim shady LP marshal Mathers LP Eminem show etc but they never play anything
Still feel like Proof and Kuniva are underrated to this day. Bought so many Proof albums after he died and Kuniva was another guy I wish did more solo stuff. One of the last really lyrical and great Rap groups
@@jbaber426 I was about to say, Fight Music will make you want to go jog or something, Purple Pills might make you wanna' get krunk -- to keep it generationally topical.
Devils Night was one of the most underrated albums that came out under shady records and it happened to be D12’s debut album. Every song on that album is nauseatingly good. From “Pimp Like Me” to “revelations” to “Fight Music” and Ems all over that album.
Girls is such a fire song & gets so over looked. It was like the only diss song they didn't do by Em, holding onto hope they'll still do it at some point tho
I can’t understand how someone could go through their teen years without hearing all these absolute bangers. These are now considered classics but all of Eminems stuff will be timeless and never repeated. The Eminem show is hands down one of the greatest albums of all time.
Hey guys great reaction! My song suggestion to you would be "No Apologies" by Eminem. In that song he has a similar energy as when he did the songs "Til I Collapse" and "Soldier." Very underrated song imo, he kills it.
I feel like it was towards Royce, D12 and Royce had beef, Em and Royce's friendship suffered because Em was "Rollin'" with them, I think. I could be completely wrong too lol
If y’all can do ‘Fight Music’ bro, that’s one of my favorite songs from D12 and def one of my fav Em verses.. React to music video if you can find the explicit version. That would be beautiful
"American Psycho" (Em's verse on this is flames), "Devil's Night" (Title Track), & "Revelation", for super hard D12 songs. For context, D12's style is similar to Em when he's Slim Shady & that's why they drop a lot of shock-rap bars. Excited to see more from you guys, D12 - Devil's Night has always been one of my favorite albums! Thanks for the reactions!
Some great D12 tracks from their official studio albums (if you guys haven't heard these): -Git Up -Loyalty (ft. Obie Trice) -Good Die Young -How Come (extended version is the best version, but it's pretty hard to find) -6 In The Morning -Get My Gun -40 Oz. -American Psycho 2 -Keep Talkin -Shit Can Happen -Pistol Pistol -That's How... -Purple Pills -Fight Music (Uncensored..for the love god, do not listen to the censored version like so many people have if you guys react to this one..or really any of their tracks) -Instigator -Revelation -Pimp Like Me -Devil's Night -Rap Game (ft. 50 Cent, from the 8 Mile sound track) -One Shot 2 Shot (from Eminem's "Encore" album) -Hit Me With Your Best Shot (unreleased, post Proof dying and Eminem going through rehab)
D12 stands for Dirty Dozen...there are 6 members and they all have 2 personalities which makes 12 that's why u have eminem and slim shady and McVeigh is Swifty McVeigh which is one of the D12 members
Swifty McVay (rap name) aka Swift (alter ego) aka Ondre Moore (real name) is the first artist. Please do 'Say what you say' next. It's the following track on the Eminem show and features Dr. Dre on production and vocals. Keep up the good work and sound vibes fellas.. 👍🏻
Finally. I have been waiting for this for so long. Thanks for reacting to this. There's not enough reaction to this song. Eminem produced the beat btw.
If you're getting into D12 music, I gotta suggest "Fight Music" Edit: seems like everyone else in the comments wants Fight Music too. The people have spoken!
Eminem's show cover was inspired by Truman's show, where Jim Carrey played the lead role and a few years back he spoke about Eminem and how crazy and sophisticated everything was. Cause Eminem works in 9 dimensions simultaneously and I legit feel blessed growing up listening to him
D12 aka Dirty Dozen, 6 guys with alter egos=12 You’re in for a treat Bizarre says some wild shit like old Em (Slim Shady) these are the guys he battled in the hip hop shop in Detroit. they formed a group a few other members died though. They all have bars 🔥🔥
All of these other comments have good suggestions, but here’s the best one you’re gonna get in this thread: Seduction by Em. Insane bars the whole way through
I do love the fact that Eminem went back and helped all of his friends with deals. And bizarre there's only a couple of things that he said that I was like yeah okay I get it shock value but the one line in one song where he said she had nipples like ak bullets. I was😂👊
I think as far as D12, unless they plan to dive deep. "Purple Hills (Purple Pills explicit)" AND "How Come" were the 2 biggest singles and what people would like to see most, unless they are pacing themselves (understandable if so) Then they need to top off the D12 Reactions with Eminem's "Stepping Stones" from his last album. He puts the group to bed in it and they came do the same (via reactions)
Marilyn Manson is a musician. Charles Manson was the cult leader. He never actually killed anyone himself (at least, that was never proven). The order here is Em, Swifty McVay, Kon Artist, Kuniva, Proof, then Bizarre.
Man you guys aint listening to me and I been listening to hip hop, since 88-89 so I heard all the goats and I know you guys will love MARSH song is fire and just one big bar the whole song is a BAR
A song y’all should definitely take a look at is for sure “Sing for the Moment” by Em This song is definitely one of the most impactful lines throughout, such a deep meaning for his young audience and audience who are struggling in general great song and I really enjoy your reviews of Em’s song keep it up
That whole album was solid. Another deep song in that album was “Cleaning Out My Closet.” Talks a little bit of his story too, that one was dope one too
The order went Em, then Kuniva, then Kon Artist aka Mr Porter aka Denaun Porter("You're denying(Denaun) like Mr Porters name". Ems show hypeman aka super producer who made a lot the beats to your favorite songs), then Proof, then Bizarre.
If you notice Em mentions Doberman Pinscher in some of his songs, like RapGod "I'm a Doberman pinch yourself" and the song with Logic Homicide he says "if I go roof like the Doberman said I still think roof will go over your head" once again Doberman Pinscher was used. The Son of Sam serial killer David Berkowitz. He said his neighbors next door had a dog named Sam but David said the dog told him he was Satan. The dog apparently used to tell him to kill and the dog was a Doberman Pinscher.
I have loved all this music from they days forgot about some of it until you lads been listening to it always loved Em good too see younger generations appreciate and see what em can do and how much he had to fight to get there. Love the channel guys tunes I love and seeing some of your reactions to first hearing it it's great to see and the discussions you lot have is class lol
Y'all probably know by now but D-12 was supposed to be the Detroit version of Wu Tang it originally was supposed to be 12 of the hardest rappers from the city but for a number of reasons that didn't work so it ended up being 6 rappers with 2 personas and Em was just supposed to manage them but when Bugz died he ended up just taking his spot so it ended up being 6 of the best battle rappers from Detroit.
Love what ya doing with this channel, is dope to see the younger generation tapping into older music,so can I get a Big Pun Reaction his cadence and delivery is fkn crazy, ya have not reacted to Big Pun and he was one of the best lyricist of the game , so do Big Pun -Beware with lyrics, 🤞🏼💯
D12 stands for Dirty Dozen. Six emcee's with "split personalities" or alter egos. They consist of Eminem, Mr. Porter, Swifty McVey, Proof, Kuniva, and Bizarre. Eminem originally wasn't supposed to be a member, but their sixth was killed back in the day. His name was Bugz. Fight Music is a great one. Not Em's best verse, but not his worst either. The first verse is my favorite and I have had it memorized since the album dropped.
Addicted to the em videos.. since y’all been doin some D12, if y’all do “stepping stone” from Eminem’s kamikaze album he kinda talks bout them dudes and why they split.
