I came from the hood, no future. I joined the military and did 22 years in the marines and navy. They paid for my chemical engineering degrees, paid for the down payment for my houses. I get free healthcare and a pension for life + my full time job. The military is great if u do it right

this song came out when i was a freshman. they had the recruiters at my school. they had the push up section. the pull up section, and the sprinting section. we all thought we wanted to be the best of the best so we all tried the hardest. not knowing what it would lead too. if they had told us up front they probably would have gotten less, or maybe more to join.
